yes, please continue to pray for Sabie, as she's still in critical condition due to profuse bleeding. really hope to receive good news from Patsy soon.

pls help to pray for saby.

i am so upset when i called her just now. I understand how worried a mummy can be. I guess Sarah is really upset too. I spoke to James, and he sounds very quiet. After I hang up the call, my tears just rolled down. Just felt so painful for them to go through.

Just wishing God will be there to heal Saby soon

hi girls, thanks for all the prayers... we really need it a lot now. doctors say she is touch and go for the next 24 hours if the bleeding doesn't stop... she lost too much blood during the operation and is bleeding still because her blood won't clot. her vital signs are otherwise ok, the heart is doing well and her breathing is ok... just the bleeding is worrying the doctors. i will try to keep everyone updated either via sms to carole/sneaky or will try to take my mind off stuff by coming into the forum... please pray!

Pasty,

Stay strong....Saby will be well soon.

Although I dun log into the forum often but dun worry, she will be in our prayers too.

good news...Sabie's bleeding had stopped at 5am. however, her blood pressure is quite low due to the lost of blood. doc worries that her kidney will fail. therefore, please continue to pray for healing.

thank God that Sabie's bleeding has stopped. We will continue to pray for her.

I have sms patsy v late last night & this morning - just want to let her know that she has many ppl behind her, all praying for Sabie to get well.

Great to hear the op went on smoothly!!

Sabie will be on the road to recovery real soon!

Sarah & Family... Stay Strong!

Hi everyone, just a quick one...just came out of ICU, sabie is much more stable now than last night. The bleeding has stopped but now the problem is her kidney is in shock and she isn't passing urine. They will do dialysis on her later and also infuse more blood trying to get the kidney back up working.

She looks ok, still heavily sedated. X-rays are better than last night and for now the lungs are clear.

We're praying for continued recovery with no more complications.

Thank you very much for the support, James and I really apprecaite it very very much!

i went to visit Patsy & family at KKH during my lunch break. we met at the canteen. then, Sabie was still sedated, as she needs to be opened up to remove excess blood. i can see that all of them - Sarah & hubby, her mum & dad & siblings are all very strong. please continue to pray for Sabie's safety and for her family to stay strong for her...

Patsy....

sorry for the late late post... am sorry to hear about this. i'm sure Sabie is on the road to recovery!! In the meanwhile, stay strong strong for Sabie, k?! Am sure she has got a strong will to want to recover.. coz of daddy... and mummy...

dear all, please see below Patsy's sms a while ago...

Hi, couldn't send updates earlier cause phones not allowed in the ICU but Sabie has stablized a lot from last night. They found the source of the bleeding and have stopped it completely. Renal function improving but still critical. Her BP has stablized too but still on the low side but much better than last night. WE are still not out of the woods until her BP stops dropping and no more transfusion needed. Please continue to pray for her.

anyone wanna join me to go on sunday to visit Saby?

sorry i cant go during these few days as i have overseas guest at my plc.

Just got home after being chased home by hb and my dad. The doctors have been able to find the source of the bleeding and have stabilized it, and the blood is starting to clot normally already, so we're hoping to be past that hurdle. Doctors also said renal failure isn't unexpected so they're not worrying about that. we're praying for continued progress and no more unexpected complications. doctors have warned that we are not yet out of the woods but are a bit more comfortable with her position now. Please continue to pray for her.

haiz.. just wanted to share... we may have lost sabie last night.. her blood pressure was so low due to the massive bleeding they thought she wouldn't make it!!!! so thankful to God for sustaining her through the night.

Thank you also to everyone for their prayers and good wishes. It was great to see Penny earlier, sorry couldn't speak to you longer.. had to rush back to ICU.

Dunno how to sleep tonight, feel like rushing back to KKH. what if somethings happen during the night???

Patsy: God will watches over Saby, just cose your eyes and get those winks. U surely need it. Saby needs you when she is on the road of recovery.

God wont let you lose your girl, He is going to protect and bless her. always think positive! You are saby's pillar & Strength! if you gng to collapse, i am sure saby will be upset. So stay there and hang in there. We are all here to listen to you and share your worries.

I will swing by tomolo instead of sunday.

Please take good care of yourself. I am sure your parents are just as worried about you. Dun add stress and more worries on their shoulder, as they are already old, their body is less able to take it than us.

Rgds

Saw Patsy just now before lunch. She looks tired for sure. Her hb lost some weight.

Saby condition still critical as her liver is slowing down and blood is not clotting.

Please continue to pray for her to pull through this difficult period, and pray for her to be real strong to recover & heal faster.

Patsy likes to Thanks those mummies who smses her and sending those well wishes and words of support and encouragement. She is surprised that unfamiliar mummies sent their regards too. Heartfelt thanks to those mummies once again.

Mummies who is thinking to pop over if they are ard the corner, dun bring plush toys for Saby or even flowers as they are not allowed. you might wish to bring them some cooling tea, as both Patsy & hb taking too much outside food and getting heaty from the stress they had.

More impt is your presence, i am sure her family and herself will appreciate those little thoughts of sms you all have sent to her.

Rgds,
Carole

Saby's left lung has collasped due to renal failure. Her kidneys and liver is still not working. Please pray for improvement. She is very bloated due to fluid build up

Mummies, pls help to rope in your love ones to pray for saby!

In God's faith, please pray hard for Saby's recovery and pray for her to pull through.

hi everyone, it's been a tough day... from seeing sabie doing well this morning, she's not doing so well now. her left lung has collapsed due to fluid buildup, most likely caused by renal and liver failure. her kidneys had too much of a shock and she has not yet pee'd in 2 days, and her liver is not functioning and not making the blood clotting agent so she is still bleeding. The doctors have decided not to close her chest yet because her heart is swollen again due to too much fluid.

thanks to everyone for their prayers. we really need it now. they don't dare take sabie off the paralysis medication because her chest is still open so she's still drugged out. please pray for her kidney and liver to start functioning soon...
