hi,
i am a newcomer to this thread. I am now in my 9th week & its my 1st pregnancy.
My gynae tells me that i got to avoid food that contails Vit C(oranges, tomatoes), milk, cheese, yogurt.
I read up in books that preggie mum needs alot of calcium & iron, but i cannot take milk & cheese due to gastrics pain.
Any one can advise and help me on what to take to supplement?
