Payments and Terms

1. 1st payment

Please check your items and do necessary calculations as per formula:

Item price X 0.90/0.85 (check item category) X 1.07 X 1.35

= First payment

Once your order is captured and payment received, I submit them for my sister to order either same day (orders+payments captured before 2pm) or following day (orders+payment captured after 6pm) as there is a 12hr time difference from her current location.

2. Do note items arrival in Singapore 4-5 weeks
Just to not set expectations here, local dispatching is happening weekly basis as per items arrived and dependant on location business hours, do note to add 2 weeks or less on your waiting period
If you need items urgently and cannot wait, please feel free to join others

3. changes on self collection:
PP collection has ceased since July as no longer staying there
Collection is only at cck or yew tee mrt stn -weekdays M-F only, tba on specific dates & time but definitely no later than 5pm
Do note that changes in schedule for collection may occur because I cannot predict urgent work and personal commitments and shortfall on logistics, but I will be responsible to notify parties prior to any collection schedules arranged. Collections will be based on available schedule/time and at both convenience.

I can't accommodate weekends, PH and evening collection, you may opt for courier or registered mail if time is not fit on your schedule.
Do note of dispatching of items for reg mail or courier from location is on weekly basis only
for estimates on shipping, recommend that you browse on shipping details of items which has arrived with same styles or dimensions of your orders. Some unique/irregularly shaped items I will try my best to check estimate on shipping but then again, these are only estimates/guides


4. NO PAYMENT NO ORDER
5. All orders final, once ordered especially during sales non returnable so cannot cancel/refund
6. All merchandise are deemed to be in good order coming from merchant. I will not be held responsible on any defective/missing part to avoid any dispute.
7. Any oos item/if order cancelled will refund in 3 days via bank deposit.
