But your actions had caused me to doubt on you recently. Firstly was to delivered my shoes before Christmas, it didn't realise, then New Year, it didn't realise and before Chinese New Year, it didn't realise again eventhough we had agree to go to your house to pick it up. Had advised you to send by either courier or regisetered mail, you are not willing to do that either. Then the refund which is surposed to be credited to us before Chinese New Year, but it was only done on the 1st day of Chinese New Year when I send an email to you and till now funds are still not back to my account.
With all these failed delivery and refunds, how you expect you to trust you again???
If you had send my shoes via courier or registered mail, I would have received them long long ago and not till now which I am still haunting you!
If you still want me to accept the shoes which I had ordered which you had failed to deliver, kindly send them by Registered mail via Singpost or by courier via Taqbin this week.
Operating hours at Chao Chu Kang Central as per below. I believe these operating hours are sufficient for you to attend to my request to send by registered mail.

Via Taqbin, they do collection 365 days,
Collect before 12 noon Cut off time is 10.30am to call them
Collect before 5pm Cut off time is 3pm to call them
Collect before 7pm, cut off time is 5pm to call them
and the items can be delivered to the receipent the next day.
