Hi Sam, Its Monday now 10 Feb 2014. Where is my refund which you promised to do over the weekend? You had told me you had sufficient funds in your account and it's just a mere $15 short due to a cheque couldn't clear, why are there so many affected refunds not fulfilled? You had been delaying both the delivery of my shoes & refund and now I really wonder if you are trying to cheat us and get away with the refund? My patience level is to the limit with you as the whole saga had been delayed for over 2 months plus. When will you really really settle my refund and close case for it?

Sent you email earlier, I just checked that funds were credited back just this morning.

I have advised you that was what I had known reason I had to request reversals of transfers.

Anyway as informed earlier, will proceed later within the day of manual deposits just in so we can clear of the refunds as indicated.

On gentle note, I would never cheat on refunds, big or small whatever is due I can't disagree if my spreeist requested for it. And fact that at least was able to deliver those who have waited and my problem now is some orders, I can't claim for returns. But I sincerely appreciate that you are still willing to deal some other time for it.

But your actions had caused me to doubt on you recently. Firstly was to delivered my shoes before Christmas, it didn't realise, then New Year, it didn't realise and before Chinese New Year, it didn't realise again eventhough we had agree to go to your house to pick it up. Had advised you to send by either courier or regisetered mail, you are not willing to do that either. Then the refund which is surposed to be credited to us before Chinese New Year, but it was only done on the 1st day of Chinese New Year when I send an email to you and till now funds are still not back to my account.
With all these failed delivery and refunds, how you expect you to trust you again???

If you had send my shoes via courier or registered mail, I would have received them long long ago and not till now which I am still haunting you!

If you still want me to accept the shoes which I had ordered which you had failed to deliver, kindly send them by Registered mail via Singpost or by courier via Taqbin this week.

Collect before 12 noon Cut off time is 10.30am to call them
Collect before 5pm Cut off time is 3pm to call them
Collect before 7pm, cut off time is 5pm to call them

Even if it is thru 3rd party bank, it couldn't take so long to transfer to my account.

That transfer should go through as only those on 31 Jan I have requested for reversals.
Shall monitor within the day then, and once I received the confirmation, will also inform you.
