    Hi Nor, I was taking Centrum multivitamins, 5mg folic acid & 50mg CoQ10. If you're going for TCM, maybe you can ask the practitioner if herbs given to you would be enough or perhaps should be taken an hour apart. Precaution on the CoQ10 though...make sure you don't have any heart condition...
