Hi Cat, Me bake the banana cake base on your receipe ytd nite. I use a rice cooker to bake the cake. It's not fluffy, taste like kueh. But I will try again tonight using the oven. By the way, how would we know we have over beat the mixture? Cos me slow worker, do step by step.
