Vivian, my situation is the same as yours... bb refuse to latch... I express about 3 times a day (Lazy mum!!!) and my BM supply has dwindled... Like what domesticgoddess said, if you intend to feed your bb with EBM, you will need to pump every 3 hours to maintain supply...

For those taking fenugreek, how many capsules we should take per day to increase BM supply? GNC's recommended dosage is 1 - 2 per day... I remember someone saying that we need to take at least 6 - 9 capsules daily in order to see a significant increase.

Joon, I feed my bb 100ml when he was in his 3rd week... It can last him for about 3 hours if it is solely FM. If I mix it with BM, it can last him at the most 2.5 hours.

chocolat, try to tilt your bb's body in a slanted position when feeding him (like what the hospital nurses do)... It helps the bb to burp faster....

domesticgoddess, any idea if it is ok to mix BM and FM together when feeding bb?
