Just want to clarify things once and for all. There are a lot of people reaching out to us, so I think it is easier to build a thread here where everyone can ask and we'll answer diligently. I'm a local licensed PI in Singapore.
Some common questions we receive:
1. We cannot touch phones, bank accounts, medical records or CPF/ICA data. Anyone offering you that is putting you at risk, not themselves.
2. Evidence you gather yourself often damages your own case. Screenshots off a phone you unlocked without permission are the usual example.
3. For a fair number of matrimonial cases, surveillance costs more than the answer is worth. Sometimes what you need is a family lawyer, not a PI.
If you need your evidence to be admissible in court, you have to look for a PI who has an agency. To know whether an agency is licensed, ask them for their licence number - every licensed agency has one from the SPF. Mine is:

Do the same to anyone who quotes you. If nothing comes back, that is your answer.
