anyone can advise me? yesterday was my 5w1d, and was my first time seeing a gynae. But the gynae cant detect anything at all through the abdomen ultrasound and vagina ultrasound. then she said maybe it's too small to detect or maybe my ovulation is late..
I have done 2 preg test beforehand and both shows postiive. Then I browsed thru the internet and noted that actually week 4 should be able to detect something..
I am so worried now. What could be the reason? is it really too small? any one can advise me?
