uterus falling?

Dear mummies,

I am a mother with a 21 months old girl.

Yesterday, I went for foot reflexology and surprising, the massage auntie said my uterus drop. I am not sure what it means, but they say it may cause difficulty in pregnancy, better to get it fix. But I am not sure what it means and how to get treatment.

Anybody can advice?

I'm not sure how the foot reflexology auntie can tell that you have uterine prolapse by massaging your feet, but it will be good to get checked by your doctor. In the event it is true, the doctor can determine the extent and type and more properly recommend treatments.

Did you carry heavy stuff soon after birth? Do you feel anything unusual? If you do, it might be a sign that you ought to get a gynae's opinion.

Not really, I only carried luggage 1 and half month after birth. Is that too soon?

You can try javanese massage. It's called 'sengkak'. Your womb will be pushed up by the masseuse.

Actually to prevent uterus falling or relift falling uterud,bladder..i am wearing a Summit brand girdle..i notice after wear for almost two years daily..i can hold my urine longer..and no longer pee out without control..
