I've also tried Baby & Mama by Megafood pre-natals, food based ones.

Can anyone share how you guys manage your supplement intake? I find abit hard to manage as there are so many to take. Including Chinese tcm medication.

Dha with multi vitamin x 1 pill, Myo-Inositol x 1, coq10 x 1, royal jelly x 1
Cordyceps Supplement x 1 during lunch

If you think bf so many pills, then split half to before sleep. =)

is anyone meeting the same situation as me??

I had positive OPK with Clomid and my temp was ard 36.8 during CD 13 and CD14... but temp dropped to 36.2 on CD15.. til now, its still at the range of 36.2 - 36.4.. today is CD 26.. am I suppose to wait for AF or what... tested BFN...any one has the same situation before?

Hi beanie, i tot usually temp will rise after ovulation, if AF is coming temp will drop, if is BfP, temp will continue to be high

That's the problem..
I am confirmed that my OPK is Positive with high temp.. than the next day, it dropped.. so now I duno what am I waiting.. AF or what...

What is this BBT chart about ?

Follicular phase
Before a woman ovulates, the basal body temperatures range from around 97.0 to 97.5 degrees Fahrenheit (36.11 to 36.39 Celcius). This is due to the presence of estrogen, which keeps temps down. Temperatures will vary from person to person, but should stay below your coverline.

Luteal phase
Once ovulation has occurred, the temps go up to a new, higher level, usually ranging from around 97.6 to 98.9 F ( 36.4 to 36.6 /or 37 C different sources ).The day after ovulation, the temp generally jumps up by at least 0.2 degrees F ( 0.11 degrees C ), and then continues to rise somewhat. This increase in temperature is caused by the progesterone released from the follicle after ovulation.

It will become apparent after a few days that it is in a new, higher range. The temps themselves will continue to rise and dip day by day, but will remain in the higher range. ( Above your coverline )

The actual temperatures are less important than noting a pattern showing two levels of temperatures. If there is no pregnancy, then your temperature will stay elevated for 10 - 16 days, until the corpus luteum regresses. At this time, progesterone levels drop dramatically and you get your period. Your temperature normally drops at this time as well, though it is not unusual to have erratic or high temperatures during your period.

If your Basal Body Temperature remains elevated for 18 days or more after ovulation, you should probably test for pregnancy.

Thanks for the info! I'm now on my second cycle of clomid; luteal phase. Temperature are high on some days, and lower on some days. If we still don't succeed this cycle, I Guess we will have to change gynae, probably to a fertility specialist. How's your side going on?

keep reminding myself to relax. tough.

I've been diligent taking my BBT these 2 months. luteal phase seems ok hopefully 36.4-36.6 range, with only 2 days dropped to 36.2... below coverline. so a zig zag pattern.

btw, I started to use the fertility friend app.
free version, anyone is VIP member? before this I was using another period tracker, still using so can compare the 2. realised fertility friend is better in predicting O and interpreting bbt info, the other app doesn't interpret, but just use standard calculation. but both app got my Ovulation date wrong, one 2 days too early and fertility friend was 2 days late, but smart enough to adjust after u key in CM info. my opk was showing negative, but I saw double lines....

hope all will be well. baby dust to us !

I'm on my tww too! Yes baby dust to us! Hopefully this is the luckkyy month!! Yest mine also drop below cover line and today increased. The temp are like my mood. Up and down lol. Yes really tough trying not to think about it.
I'm currently using period tracker & clue, prediction dates are not 100% accurate.

OMG... woke up early and this morning I discovered there is such a thing called "implantation dip" in yr bbt temp, which could occur at Dpo7-11.
so excited ! this fertility friend app is great, but need time to explore.

Hi! i've been on Clomid for 4 cycles and Letrozole for 2 cycles. still not successful. Hubby asked to stop taking to let my body rest as i gained alot of weight after taking these pills. so now trying hard to lose weight and ttc naturally.

Hello all, been TTC for 3 years plus before I gave birth last month to a baby girl.
Tried TCM, acupuncture, IUI, injections etc.. before I started conceive massage and after 3 cycles I finally succeeded naturally...

my last review with the doc. she suggest to do iui. but i heard alot of iui cases that fail so i'm abit worried. and the gynae that i see is nt specialist since i'm a subsided patient. sigh ~

Maybe give urself 2 mths to lead a healthy life style ( eat healthy, do exercise,) tell urself don think abt getting preg..just 'give up' the thinking of getting preg in this 2 mths n try naturally n see hw.
 
Btw, any idea if we can take wolfberries, red dates and longan? Heard somewhere before that wolfberries thin linning, not sure if its true. Couldn't find it online.

yupx. now trying to lead a healthy lifestyle. and thinking if i shld be seeing a specialist. coze my test results did mention about possible PCOS but doctor cant give an accurate diagnosis as well.

Hmm.. think any gynae should be able to check if you have PCOS base on blood test and scanning? Im diagnosed with PCOS. Have to do some exercises, no dairy, no coffee, no processed food, low intake of sugar.. but its so difficult to follow.:(

i think because i only have some symptoms of PCOS yet nt remarkable. like 50% not and 50% yes. that's why i think gynae didnt give a definite 'yes' that i am PCOS. this also make me unsure of how i shld go abt it. is neither here or there.

My tcm actually recommend wolfberries with red dates drink daily thou. =)

Initially under kkh subsidise gync, doc say i pcos.
Recently see Dr Tan then he say confirm me not PCOS. Just not ovulating.
But i still take pcos supplement to promote hormone balance & egg quality on my own.

Hi! When you see Dr Tan, are you under private or subsidise? coze i'm thinking to get another review from Dr Tan or Dr Jerry Chan. but i heard it will be under private.

you can allow yourself 1-2 cheat day if that helps, even then I don't do sugary food and generally no milk/ butter/ dairy stuff. Oh ya, cut soy too. esp if have fibroids, I have small ones.

wild caught fish is better, of cos, but sometimes when out, just eat whatever there is. like mixed rice 2 vegetables, 1 fish, egg . brown rice preferred. or Saba fish. thunder tea.. yum. occasionally bee hoon fish bitter gourd. Japanese food, without soy.
home cooked, usually I do bake fish super easy , salt pepper/ herbs w lemon and with either rice (recently I tried black rice, taste good like brown rice)/ Quinoa, and lots of veggies brocolli, spinach, bok choy, kale. etc. avocadoes when I remember. occasional gluten free pasta, but not much since it is processed , with salmon / canned salmon. Eggs. I use onion, garlic, ginger to add flavour, but avoid sauces (usually has preservatives and gluten).

1 day per week when I eat the other meats.

Wow you give me the motivation!! Shall start by having healthy dinner later.. will go and get broccoli and salmon fish n steam them! Lets jiayou tgt!!

Traditional Medicinals ones come in tea bags more convenient.

I try reduce sugar drinks, cold food, eat more healthy only.

just try our best, sometimes very hard when there are special occasions or functions. or hubby not cooperating and want to eat junk food, lol.. fortunately not all the time. just minimize them, but more importantly don't stress over it
