Hi all I’m having very bad Morning Sickness that I can’t even go out.

I can vomit more than 5 times per day and my tummy feeling queasy all time.

I can’t even drink water and have to drink sweet drinks to replace my water. (But I can’t drink too much)

My tummy always feel very full even without eating. I know a lot of ppl saying that I can break my meals to 6 times but it does not help:

I even went to A&E and they gave me the drip but it was only instant relief and later on the morning sickness start all over again.

I’m now week 10, have very bad thoughts and keep feeling like I’m dying.

Can understand where you are coming from. Try lemon with water. I couldn't drink plain water for a while but cold water seemed to be a bit better.

Jia you. Very hard now but it will pass.

Hi Jill, understand that morning sickness is hard. Gone through it in the early stage of my pregnancy too. I was introduced to a pelvic health therapist at Women's and Children Centre in Katong and was recommended to go for prenatal exercises to help ease the morning sickness. It helped me a lot, no frills but gentle exercises that made me feel better.

Hang in there! x
