Menses after D&C.

Hi all,

I had d&c done on 19 Nov. I have read that most people gotten their period within 4 weeks. 5 weeks had passed for me and still no news. I know it may take up to 6 weeks but i am getting anxious knowing that i am not part of the norms.

Anybody had delayed menses just like me?

I am worried of scar tissues - Asherman Syndrome and fear its complications.

Hey Irenerachel,

I had a D&C o 27/10/2018. My 1st period cycle returned on 8/12/2018 which is 6 weeks later after D&C. I understand how u feel as I was also worrying like u do now.

Dun panic. Period will come back. Different ppel different recovery. I hope u are coping well.

yes ard 6 weeks is still ok.
