Maid issue

I just employ a domestic helper. Everything seemed okay initially but as time goes by, I realized that her action seems to be a little weird and her command of English is so poor that I have been handling everything myself. And yet, I've decided to give her the chance to stay as it's not easy however yesterday something happened... My father-in-law being an OCD cleaned the floor shortly after she mop and because of this, she refused to eat and cried and even pack her luggage until I have to pacify her. Need your advice if I should have her replaced because I really have no faith in her anymore.

If don't have any more faith, then change another then.
A lot of maid tend to 'grow' attitude issue after some time.
If it's something you can't endure it, change another maid

Yes. Not all maid can be 'good' during the years. Some will become 'bad' like growing of attitude, or even stealing etc.
So if you lost faith to your maid, I think it's time to change a new one. You are the owner. Why you should pacify her?

There was once when she feign sick and when I brought her to doctor, I was told that she's totally fine and she even told my mum's helper that she was fine and recently, this happened again... few days ago, she woke up late and I was merely asking her to clear my dog's poop when she told me her leg was in pain and she started limping, as if to show me that she's really sick and it sustain for one day and she's all well again.

Then there was once when I just told her to be careful with the ladder in order to avoid my daughter from climbing and next moment, I found her raising her voice at my daughter and was creating a loud thup when cleaning my daughter's toys to show her anger.

Just a few days ago, I found her praying and kow-towing to my wedding photo which scare the freak out of me.

When I told my husband that I'm going to replace her, he will side her and say that she's good at household chores but the problem is I want someone who can take care of babies and I'm worried about my children's safety but my husband think nothing of it and even commented that I'm hostile to her. To my husband and his siblings, I'm the villain.. I can't take it anymore!!

Did you told your husband about her weird behaviour? Especially in the praying + kow-towing to your wedding photo.
This is something serious and action need to be taken asap... Some maid may know those 'gong tao'....
