Thanks for all the well-wishes. I delivered my bb girl on schedule 16 dec. little Victoria weighs 3.37kg and is 56cm long at birth. My husband actually filmed the C-section with epidural! Quite a Str fwd operation. Very tired now as grappling with breastfeeding and recovery.

Just to let u know I'm still hanging ard. Looking at the table, No. 22 had delivered already and I'm just a few more behind (I'm No. 26). So fast and seems scary at the thought of it.
Oxidised, as I've said, the 1st 2 scans can be done at Camden since they are doing the detailed scan at Week 14 and Week 22. DS analysis can be picked up pretty fast there. But for subsequent test, Dr Sad prefers me to go back to KKH for growth scan as she can monitor better. Also, the cost at Camden for subsequent scanning is the same, thus more ex than KKH. Let's see what Dr Loh got to say.
For the interest of those thinking of doing detailed scan in Camden, the cost is:

you dont worry, everyone is different..some pple, their sac who dont developed are absorbed by the other baby, and no symtopms..so dont worry.. im 6.5 weeks.

Fyi, during my last pregancy, I was on Progesterone till Tri 2. Dr says after which the placenta will be able to take over the job of producing the hormones.

Spiffy, glad that you enjoyed your holidays, I missed the states flights too... Btw, did you get clearance from your dr before you fly? For my last pregnancy, I could not travel at all so I'm abit worried.
Ladies, birdnest is fine if you add some korean ginseng which is heating so its safer for bb and mummy.
tickles, the tiredness is normal, side effect of the progesterone, so don't worry too much.

Bliss, oops! i thought i read too much DHA = Hyperactive kids from ur post... i must hv seen wrongly. paisey paisey... my boy makes lots of funny noises when sleeping and poo-ing. the noises are getting louder lately... does teng make such noises too?
libby, heehee... my new desktop came yesterday! ;P but i hvnt had time to transfer all data yet. well, for IVF mtb, the priority is to ensure that we get thru 1st tri safely, thus i was given lots of medication to support the pregnancy. 2nd tri then we will be given multi-vits etc which are essential for bb growth
mommies, any advice if it is okay to offer my boy pacifier at this stage? he has very high demand for my nipple lately and i really feel like offering him pacifier to stop his cries and discomfort...

Actually I mentioned that coz I heard from my sis and some mothers, but I am not sure if it is true. But my gynae said no such thing. But come to think of that, docs will sure say not true. Kekeke... Anyway the formula milk contains DHA too.

It is not advisable as it is said to be no gd for the growth of the bb's teeth in future, the bb's teeth may not grow neatly. But you can make sure your baby doesnt suck the tutu when he is sleeping, just let him suck it to soothen him to sleep. Teng teng has been using tutu after 1 mth old. He does not suck it when he is asleep, he will spit it out automatically once he falls asleep.

How are all doing ? Ok, i MIA again.... cos quite busy with stuffs... I am getting excited + scare... 2 weeks in counting... btw, anyone know where must i report on the 8th Jan for the c-sect scheduled by Dr Loh ? He is not in Singapore now and i m unable to see him till he is back in january..
