Singapoh, Dr Loh initially proposed natural FET as he thinks my menses is regular. But I told him that my menses cycle has not been so regular since the failed SO-IUI in june. In fact, like now I still have not ovulated although I had my menses in mid Dec.
So he proposed medicated FET I ask him wherther medicated FET lower chance compared to natural, he said no.

For 1st few days, Im ok w egg whites but after like 3 days or so, I began to be sick of it. So I change fr hard-boiled to soft- boiled but I try to exclude d yolks..

Ya.. Its those back ache. sp at the points where she put the needles.. But very slight only. But I can still feel it. I had my 2nd acu yday. Yday's session was ok. I think cos I ask her why some acu never use current and hers have. Then she knows I'm quite scared of the current, so she reduced it slightly. The reduction in current makes the entire process more comfortable. In fact I almost fell aslp. But 1 funny thing, when she started the current at the back, I wasn't quite prepared for it so I screamed and she jumped.. Haha~

While doing the acu, I heard a few ladies telling her abt doing IVF, another one was telling her that she failed 3x and this is her 4th.. Makes me a little scared too..

ya.. I know.. working mothers got $600 subsidy. But then, the current child care centre that my girl goes to. The infant care rate is $1100-$1200. so still have to pay ard $600 and that excludes the diapers and shower foams etc.. Plus my girl's sch fees is $300 after subsidy. Plus her enrichment classes in sch and the textbooks. Thats why I discuss with DH that if I ever strike with #2, I will def quit after my ML to look after my #2. There are pros and cons of gg infant care, pros is that they will get to mingle ard with other kids and learn new things faster, cons is that they fall sick easily. My girl always fall sick when she is in infant care.

What is the procedure for FET? How come you say you'll use your menses in feb and do FET in mar? Sorry, cos I dunno the procedure for FET so I dun understand what you mean.

Hi ladies,

After the failed ivf in Nov, my AF reported on 13 Dec. It's D31 now (normal cycle is about 27-29 days) and AF has not reported yet. I guess the cycle does go a bit haywire after ivf. Does anyone have any experience to share?
Am wondering if I'd need med to induce AF and if it's advisable to do so. Would be seeing Dr Sadhana this Thurs to review the failed ivf cycle.

it depends when u ovulate. That month my cycle was short so everything was quite fast. I think I had 3 or 4 scans then ET.

I told u yesterday that my AF is getting lesser rite? U know last nite, dunno why, it was getting heavy again..really cannot say leh...so ban tang...

Haha~ Yday I went for acu.. Actually hor, you can ask Dr Zou to lessen the voltage of the current. Then its more comfy.. yday I ask her how come some acu no need current, then hers need. she says the current is only to help to move the needle a bit. I nearly fell aslp while doing acu last night.

2WW is 2 weeks wait. Its the period after the egg transfer to the day when you do your blood test/ cfm the pregnancy.

To me, I find ER most jialat. I was giddy and keep wanting to vomit. dun feel well at all. Think if you want to acc your wife, can acc her on ER. Cos after ER, she will feel drowsy. My stomach cramps were quite bad after that too..

My menses also went haywire after IVF.... last time was 30 days and now its like 40 days.... tink it will take some time to go back to norm....

Are you gg to track if you are ovulating this month? I think I will track it myself. I told you my AF lasted 11 days right? So today is CD13 and when I tested this morn already got slight faint line already. So I intend to test daily to see if I ovulate this month. Then I will check with doc to see if she doing natural or medicated for me.. Am seeing her this sat.

Ya, me is gg to track from this mth on also. I really hope that I can do natural FET. My AF started on 7th Jan night, so 7th Jan counted as D1 or not har?

That time i went for acu with Dr Zou i told her to reduce the current and ask her reduce still effective a not she say the same. As long got the current can liao.
Dr Zou got share with me one of her patient is doing ivf for 5X...all failed...oh no.

Dr Zou acu for one person is $25, got front and back acu, each side around 20 mins. Menses heavy cannot do acu.

I didnt know. So I ask her. The 1st time I did, when the current comes, my leg will jump up slightly that kind leh.. Haha~ Then yday she reduce, I felt so comfy...

I mean u can ask dr Zou to reduce the current if u can't take it. It is equally effective as long as there is current.
 
mummy_wannabe - yes, I took Doctor Zou herbs for 2WW ... She is a nice and caring doctor ... the herbs more or less play a role in my BFP ... yes i did a fresh IVF which BFN follow by my current fresh IVF

Actually jabbing myself everyday is still ok.. But smtimes I will start to scare myself.. Wat if d embryos doesnt stick? Alot of wat ifs..

Anyway when I went to c Dr Cheng on sat, d couple b4 me got a pair of twins n they undergo d same program as me.

I think my problem is the embryos does'nt stick to my womb...Dun drink or eat cold stuff from now that is TCM's view...just listen loh. Or u wanna do acu...ask Dr Cheng la...that time i forgot to ask. Opp Dr Cheng clinic got one TCM they have a talk on 23 jan must register if u r interested it is FOC. If i am in sin i will be attending.
 
mummy-wannabe - I rested for 7 months before embarking on my 2nd cycle ... I wld only know whether singleton or twins this coming friday

I rested for 7 months due to the fact that I did not pluck up courage to do any earlier and I wanted to really prepare my body before embarking on my 2nd cycle .. all the doctor cld say that it did not stick

I try not to drink cold drinks now. But smtimes really cant help it coz really run out of idea to drink. But I like to eat fruits out from fridge..

My nurse told me the chances of FET is almost d same as fresh cycle.
