For me, it did not. Even when i was not successful. Only after i was asked to stop the medication, my menses then came after a few days.

I felt menses cramp during the first trimester when I was pregnant with my girl. The womb is expanding I guess.

Hi sisters


I did my first dermoid cyst removal via laprascopy in kkh and developed adeno in the following month. Seems like a drain tube was not attached after.op and the blood accumulated within and I have this issue. It happened in 2010. Since then have been in and out of hospitals for period pain and sometimes no period also severe pain.

I did 3 ivf successfully conceived all miscarriage 6 to 8 weeks. Doctors say coz of adeno. I did 4 laprascopy for cyst removal since 2010.

My latest episode is after my last miscarriage in 2016, I had a laprascopy done for pain. Then took 2 lucrin jabs. No period sine Dec 2016 to Jan 2018. Feb 2018 my period started but never stopped till aby 45 days till I took birth control bill. Worse I have this left side severe pain which only resolves if I take painkillers every 12 hrs. Been on diclofenac suppositories. Finding a cure for this adeno issue. Am 40 this yr and all Dr's suggest take out womb but I still have not given up ttc. It's such a curse to have adenomyosis which is disrupting my whole life.

Would like to know any good tcm or gynea who can do ivf for severe adeno cases. Thanks.
 
anyone had their ivf put on hold by doctor due to high TSH level ?

how long did u have to treat your TSH level before you finally went on to ivf ?

my TSH level today is 5.74.

i was 1st given 25mcg thyroid meds to decrease my tsh. after today’s appointment i was given 50mcg. currently also waiting for appointment with thyroid specialist.

No worries, it takes 2-3 weeks to have TSH 2-2.5.
My TSH went up to 5.3 after ivf ET, I got shock, been taking 25mcg of thyroid pill every morning, in 3-4 weeks it became 2.2. Continue taking till end of June.

My first scan at Day 8 was only 5.6 mm for natural cycle. That cycle was cancelled because I had also ovulated.

My first scan at Day 8 for medicated cycle was 5 mm. Second scan at Day 16 was 7 mm. I drank red bean soup daily. That was when they told me I could proceed with the thaw cycle because I got pregnant with my girl at 7.1 mm 4 years ago.

I transferred 2 embryos at Day 23.

Yup i drank red bean soup daily too! Ok shall continue with that and pray for good lining this fri so that i can get the ET done next week!

Hi, has anyone had experience with extending culture of frozen-thawed D2/3 embryos to blastocyst stage before the FET?

I am wondering how many D2/3 embryos would need to be thawed given that not all will progress to D5, and what happens if more than 2 survives to the blastocyst stage? Can the remaining ones be frozen a second time?

Hi rainbowdreams, this mm you're referring to is lining thickness?
 
Hi ladies, I’ve started my Duphaston today and will carry on for 2 weeks. Anyone know if I can take my other ttc supplements as per normal while on this and even when I start my jabs in May?

I’m with Prof Wong.
My beta was 172 at 14dt, ended as chemical.
Just went to see the Prof again, he send me for a hysteroscopy, also considering to do PGS in second fresh ivf in June...
are going for another try?

What’s a hysteroscopy for?

I am also not in a good state. Negative BT on 6-Apr HCG 2. But was hospitalized on Monday for severe abdominal pain and detected HCG 1200.

Not very sure what is wrong inside....

Hysteroscopy is a procedure that allows doc to look inside the uterus to see if any polyps or abnormal lining.

What the doc are going to do with you?

Ah

Jab to clear out or surgery to locate it and remove. I took the jab yesterday but the whole process will take quite long so as to ensure HCG drops to a certain level.

I am not sure if I should consult a second opinion.

Have they already confirmed it’s ectopic before the jab?
