Sistas who go for accu (esp to dr zou) - can I ask a question? if trying naturally, do you still go to dr zou during the 2 weeks after O? I am confused coz if ivf, then during 2ww no accu, but if trying naturally can still go ah?

Ron, at1st I wanted to choose Sept as I afraid my boss will not allow me to take leave in Aug. But have to be more selfish as cant be always think of company n delay my plan. I started the conceive well yesterday after stop for abt half yr. Hope I got enough time to prepare myself for aug cycle as I always worry i nv prepare this or nv prepare that.

Sarah - enough time, probably just nice 3 months to prepare yourself & great that u didn't delay to Aug. In the end, it's our lives and the company will just have to cope. You are the one who has a peak period at work, right?
Let's give Pink her own time to ready herself to come back and update us whatever the outcome.

Kimmy - would u mind sharing what is letrozole for? I googled but the best article i got was this (below) and i read 3 times still feel like super sotong.. hehehe..

For those trying to conceive naturally with Dr Zou, she doesn't do acu after O. Just do acu 2-3X before O.

Lamby, u are right. I also same as u. 1 grade 5 and 1 grade 4. In fact, mine is chemical pregnancy. Now preparing my body for FET.
Ron - I have started my medicated FET today and supposed to scan next Fri to check lining. If everything smooth, my ET will be 4th week of May. I told SF Loh I wanted medicated FET so wont waste time if miss the ovulation period....

Hazel-my menses came on the day I did e2, so had to go for second e2 scan before starting puregon.I recalled a
Miracle on a thread where a girl was preg during lucrin but kept waiting for menses to come.but it's rare ba. You are 2 days late, still ok. When is ur e2 scan?

Mm.. as for letrozole what I understand from Dr Loh (this is of course still based on my understanding from our converstion) is that it works better than clomide in that it won't cause your cervical mucus (CM) to dry up and it expels from yr body quite quickly too unlike clomide.
Also I understand that egg quality & lining is beter, doesn't get thinner as believed by clomide.
So he put me on that, ask me to try (again) based on letrozole in May before I see him for ivf in Jun.

Hi clb - don't have enough to do FET so doing 3rd fresh.. Haven't decided when to start, coz i am waiting for the TFC suspension to be lifted. If lifted, I will do with June's menses. I hope to be pregnant by August.. hahahaa... In the meanwhile i just hang around and cheering for the cycling ladies and to u gals who graduated
Hi Sarah, I was just asking the sisters Pink & bbnn yesterday when we met for lunch.
Then I went medical hall to buy: red dates, black dates, logan meat, wolfberries
Then I went to buy thermo pot / slow cooker : you can choose either one.
And then slow cooker just put all the ingredients, fill the pot with 3/4 water, put on 'auto' for 2 hours to simmer then can drink.
thermal pot just boil the hot water for 15 min, put the ingredients, boil for 5 more min and then put in the plastic flask to let it continue cooking on its own then can drink after 1 - 1.5 hrs.
both ways works and its good.

Natural FET really not gd? Kk got explain to me that if no ovulation d cycle will be canceled. I left 3 embbies, m doing natural. There was once I did medicated FET but in d end embbies didn't survie after d thaw so cycle was cancelled. Now I m diliema to do natural or medicated, though my record put natural.

Vann - u have not collected your medication? R u from KKIVF? I bought my medicine when I saw Dr Loh last month, only costs me about S$30 over dollars for the Aspirin and Progynova tablets. Probably need to buy more medication when I go for my scan next Fri....

hi sistas> am back home after a long day today(did some retail theraphy
).went to Care early tis mornin to hv my final BT done.as anticipated it was not favorable tho AF not reported yet but i guess it will b arrving soon..

Ron- I see. U r targeting Jun. But now may, wld tmc ban be lifted by jun, in time for ur fresh? I was reading last time u can do the procedure in other hosp? But still under tmc doc?wld tat help to expedite? Aug is a good mth to get preg. My fav number is 8, I've good vibes about ur coming cycle.

Pls hv plenty of rest today & tomorrow and make sure youmaintain ur proteins intake together with longan ginger tea ! Previously had a v bad tummy cramps On the night of ER n almost wanted to sos at tmc 24hr clinic but after the ginger tea n rested, the cramps subsided. If discomfort doesnt subside or it aggrevates, just drop by tmc 24hrs clinic n ask for dr cheng!

For me.. I will prepare around 12 red dates(cut to half), a bunch of wolfberries. Bring the water to boil together with the ingredients using a small pot under big fire then turn to small fire after boil and cook for another 12mins.. Then pour all into thermal flask n bring to office to drink.. It last me almost whole day.. 4cups.. I dun use longan as worry abt heatiness..
