jamp, yeah. these are part of protocol, I guess. After my first natural period, I got spotting on and off for about 2 weeks. So when I saw Prof Wong, he chose medicated long protocol. It has 3 stages, the first one is taking Duphaston for 10 days (which stops my spotting and induces my next period), the second stage is taking birth control pill for 28 days (which regulates my period), the third stage is progynova (which is for the growth of lining, I think). After 14 days of Progynova, scan was done and my lining was ready for ET. So after 3 more days (my embryos were frozen at 3 days) and ET was done.
