Think it all depend how yr body k take the amt of heatiness ba.
Lucky I was sick after 2ww, 1 day before Hcg BT. I console myself, maybe bfp that's why flu like symptoms.

Serene, I do accupancture and taking power from TCM doctor. I just have never heard that it is useful for womb to warm in with heatpad. Doesn't lead to bleeding? I'd like to check the prolactine and estrogen. Because I had high prolactine for last 8 years and even took the bromokriptin before my first IVF last year. But before this ivf in June, my prolactive was normal, so strange to me, because i didn't take any pills. But in opposite the etrogen was higher 2 time more. That's why I'd like to check my hormon status when my period start. Any recomendation to ginecolgist or lab where I can take the hormnone test at Saturday? I'm working and boss is very hard nut!
 
goodgrl - i no longer eat egg whites or drink ensure cos i dont have any bloatedness already.
I'm drinking organic multivatimins for pregnancy - Nature's Plus Source of Life Prenatal Liquid.
I don't know how to swallow tablets hahaha so this is the best thing i ever found at an organic store!

anyway any ladies who is on Crinone who feels like they are going to itch down there? I feel like a bit of itching already, like yeast infection itch. So now I'm drinking Yakult once a day and wash with Lactacyd.

Read online that its common to get yeast infection for women who is on Crinone.
 
Assa- I think to do prolactin & E2 tests u need see
Dr to get tested and interpreted to u. Why don't u ask CHR nurse to get Prof or any Dr on duty to issue u a blood test request form? Prof always say no need repeat (from my experience), just tell him u'll like to repeat to have peace of mind and to double cfm. I'm sure he will since you are paying.
 
Andreanie - probiotics is useful but i think u better monitor and if gets worse, better call CHR or make appt to see Prof.
I don't have such itch during my last 2 times.

hi assa, i used e disposable heatpad to paste on my tummy. tis will help warm e womb. it is not veri hot. i been pasting it for e past 3nite after my er. as i feel cramp & bloateness these days, therefore i feel comfortable pasting e heatpad to zzz. i will not paste heatpad after my et on mon. pasting heatpad will not cause any bleeding.

hi andreaine, try to wash ur v area frequently after u pee. if get worse, i suggest u consult chr nurse or consult prof when u see him next week. i got burning sensation after insert e crinone gel after et during my last ivf. prof said is alright to hav tat sypmtom. he asked mi whether i want to change to another tablet type which need to insert 3times a day. i told him i not changing. keke.. lazy to insert 3 times.
 
Hi andreanie, I also got the itch after the last IVF. I took yogurt everyday and it went away by itself after a while. Good to wear cotton undies and to keep the v area dry. This time I don't have much of the cakey stuff as the nurse advised me to walk around after inserting Crinone to let it be absorbed. It really helps, so you all might want to try.
 
oh ok! i will eat yoghurt today! i already asked my mum to buy it for me just now.

i wonder if its okay to not use the Crinone gel today for one day and let v rest for a bit?
 
Pink- need to rest a while after crinone insert then walk or straight after insert start walking?
I also have the cakey stuff that time, which means it did not absorb to the max, sign
 
Andreanie, not sure about skipping Crinone, safest bet is to continue with it today and check with CHR tmr.

Blue, walk around straight after inserting it, around 5 mins will do.
 
I cannot take it, so itchy! I stop using it for a day tdy and see how. Really sore down there, I think I'll scream more if I put more in! Gonna call Chr tmr since they can't do anything today even if I call their mobile.

I already use steroid cream for yeast infection that dr chew gave me 2 weeks ago, hope it helps cos it did the other time. Gonna eat the yoghurt after brunch.
 
me too i feel kinda itchy but bearable.. there is a little cakey brown discharge yesterday but I think normal for those using crinone.

tom will be my ET hoping it will be much better than the ER.

Sistas, these days I observed that I have staining the day I after I went jogging, happen many times already.

Anyone heard about this? Does it mean I'll have problem during implantation?
 
Jamp, my TCM dr mentioned before that spotting in between or before period is not good. You havent' started on any injection right? You may want to check with your dr whether you are exercising too much?
 
andreanie, I used Jonson Baby Power when itching was very strong. Just wash your down, dry it and apply Baby Power. It helps at least a bit.

Sisters, any body checking blood circulation by Dopler?

today i had Crinone on, v doesnt sting as bad as yesterday. Will still eat more probiotics today and hope the itch will go off totally.
I googled and somehow itching down there is a common side effect also and doesnt mean that we are having yeast infection.
I also notice that I dnt have the normal yeast infection discharge that we normally get during having one. Infact im quite dry down there.

Hi everyone 2ww starts today. Will be seeing prof again on Thursday for follow up chk up. Are u seeing him as well @ serene? How'd u know the quality 8 or 10 cell I was not informed or I was not listening bec I was too nervous when it was my turn.
 
hi blue, su, actually i m quite worried coz i know by day 4, e embyro shld multiply into16 cells. mine oni 8 & 10cells. hopefully my babies will multiply better in my womb.

hi goodgrl, i asked e chr nurse abt e no of cells. chr nurse informed e embryologist to giv mi a call after et to update mi my embbies status. tats y i know how many cells. sometimes is better not to know. less worry. yup my appointment wif prof is also on thurs.n also e preglyn jab.
 
Serene- u can't do anything except to pray, eat & rest well.
if it is yrs, no matter wat grade or how many cells, they will implant de.
So try not to think of the cells hor.
I know is not easy, must try wor.
 
I have light staining now hope it's normal after et. I don't have pregnyl jab today. The nurse didn't inform me I need that injection. Is the jab needed after et or it depends? I'm wonderng the nurse might forgot to tell me. I just have the crinone.
 
goodgrl - it's normal to have a little bit of staining after ET.
I also have it but will disappear the next day. Hope u have a good rest and welcome to 2WW!

Serene - pls don't think too much. Most importantly those 2 embies are the best quality that u have and is already in you. Please relax and take things easy.
 
Goodgrl, I did not have pregnyl jab for 2 out of 3 cycles.
It depends on your bt, I think if progesterone level is already good, then no need.

AssA, think you asked the Dopler qsn here many times already, but nobody answered you yet. I don't even know what that is. Is it a special equipment and what is the purpose?

serene and goodgrl, another hurdle crossed. Try to 'enjoy' the 2ww. Like what dad wannabe said, his wife ate and slept well during 2ww, after that MS will kick in for most women.

I am now 2 days away from my blood test, so looking forward to it. It feels good to cling onto the thought that i am PUPO. Whatever the result, I am going to see my DH soon, yeah! Update from me: no symptoms whatsoever except that I have more clear discharge these 2 days. anyone knows why this is so? No AF crampy feeling like the last failed IVF yet, so i hope this is good news.

Oh about crinone discharge, I also had that, clump discharge but I still BFP. I didnt recall I got injection during 2WW last time.
 
Goodgrl, true what blue mentioned. Prof will just press your tummy and you will be out of the room in less than 5 minutes. If you have any questions than ask him.

Assa, from what i understand doopler will be used to measure the heartbeat of the baby. It may be at the early stage. but for 2ww, not too sure what is the doopler for.
 
Pink: 2 more days to go, you must be getting more nervous now. If you cannot sleep well, then probably you can try HPT at home first. You should be able to find the results by now.

If positive: Congratulation!
If negative: still have hope and can wait for the BT result.

Anyway, all the best for your BT.
 
Vi, today is 11dp2dt / 13dpo, I thought pregnancy kit is only accurate at 14dpo or the day we miss our period? Also I had my last Pregnyl jab yesterday, will it still be in the system and give a false positive? I don't dare to test yet...

dadwannabe, if positive and it's a false positive, I'll be happy for nothing. If negative, I'll be sad for 2 more days. To be on the safe side, I'll test tomorrow, which is one day from mt BT.

blue, PUPO is Pregnant unless Proven Otherwise (by BHCG test). It is a term I picked up from the bloggersphere, think it's so apt for the status during 2ww.
My DH is not by my side now, he went back to HK a few days after my ET, that is why I miss him so much. He will fly back to see me if I'm pregnant and if not pregnant, I'll fly back to HK after the post IVF consultation with Prof Ng. Whichever way it is, I get to see him soon. It is tough having to go through most of 2ww alone.
 
Pink, I read that Pregnyl jab can give false positive. So maybe if u really anxious to know u test only tomorrow? I can understand that feeling... I wish u all the BEST!

Update:
I have 2 follicles sized 12mm and 13mm and 1 other Prof Ng said to query (not cfm if it's a follicle) but my ET only 4mm. prof Ng said it's not consistent with my follicles growth so gave me Progynova to help thicken my lining. My BT Day 6 E2 1700 and LH 8.71. The nurse said its normal but I wonder if my E2 is high (& the additional Progynova = Estrodiol I've to take). I've to see Prof Ng tmr to continue Gonal-f 150IU and scan.
 
goodgrl, yup as u retrieved quite a no of eggs n to prevent ohss, u will not b give pregnyl jab. coz tis jab will cause u to b more boated n trigger ohss. wat r u planning to do @ home durin e 2ww? i been catching up wif some online show, reading book, walk around e hse & take a nap.

hi pink, really hope u bfp tis round. since u in pregnyl jab, u cant test hpt will cause false positive. hmm.. u shld wait for ur bhcg on thurs.
