Ok ladies,
Here's my swiss roll recipe:

Proportation:
2 eggs, 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
50g self-raising flour
50g sugar

Method
1. Prepare the baking tin
2. Whisk the eggs, sugar & V.Essence till mixture is thick & creamy
3. Fold in shifted flour with a metal spoon
4. Pour into prepared tin
5. Bake in a moderate oven at Reg 6 in the middle shelf till golden brown.

Mine also conventional oven - Baked @ 160Deg.
Each oven is different so gotta check on your cake as and when hor.

If you intend to bf, better rest for a few months after you bf. If you expect to get pregnant immediately after you stop bf, baby may be smaller even though one may carry him/her till full term.

Ya agree with Purin. And also your body needs to 'rest' for some time for it to recover. Giving birth is actually rather damaging to the body. Give it time to rest and recover.

Most prob cos the mother has not nursed back her own health. During bf, a lot of nutrients are passed through the bm to the baby.

Have read somewhere that it's best to rest for a year after bf.

This happened to a few of my frens and colleagues.
