So far so good, though my #2 gives me prob at times...

i 'tong' until 4th or 5th day never bath. But after that, cannot take it liao, coz eat heaty food and drink hot red date tea caused me to sweat so much even though i'm in aircon that i feel smelly myself. Duwan bb to drink milk from dirty breast. So i started to wipe my body with those herbs 'da feng ai', can be bought from hockhua or medical halls. Wiping still doesn't feel very clean, so few days later i started to bath in the herbs. Felt so much happier to be able to bathe, b4 that i was feeling depressed... Even happier that after this week, confinement is over, and i can get back to bathing and eating more normally =)

I dont think I can tahan not bathing or washing my hair. Felt depressed cannot bathe 2 days in the hospital not being able to do so...gynae didnt let me get down from the bed. So when I could do so, I took a hot shower and quickly washed my hair. After that I wore my clothes quickly and socks as well. Felt so good.
