we started packing cause the house so messy & cluttered, so gotta make it neat for the valuer to come to do valuation, and also for prospective buyers to come for viewing. luckily my parents' 3-rm flat is now unoccupied, so we stored all our things there in the meantime.

How's the resale market presently ? Is it still in the boom stage or quieter now ? My friend wanted to get a flat in the estate I'm staying in, but now busy finding a buyer for her unit.

Just wanna spread the good news, my BP is all rite, went back to my regular GP yesterday, he measured again, he says its in the normal range, wat a relief to me. He also added tat sometimes not feelin well the BP will go up abit..... phew
