hm... sunday class very difficult to arrange leh. some more fondant tiers cake need long hours, need 2 lessons oso. each lesson can dragged to atleast 5hrs leh.
i try my best to arrange the timing again.

i.e, rose swirl buttercream can use Wilton 2D.
grass i use wilton 233.
writing cupcake use wilton#2
writing big cake use wilton#3
leaf i use wilton#67
small shell use wilton#16
medium shell use wilton#18
big shell use wilton#32
normal swirl use wilton# 2C
BIG rose#127
small rose#101, 103, 104
these are all number i'm familiar with. i still have some more piping tips, but not common use, it's more for advance and royal icing flowers
