hi mrswee, no hard feelings.. if you note, none of the sprees in the overseas spree sections are charging handling fees unlike those spree forums or spree blogs. mummies here might not take kindly to being charged a handling fee

Catz: i ever emailed to BL before, she mentioned that small handling fees for transport &amp; tapes &amp; packings are acceptable (very small token like 0.50SGD). But if there is a % being charged, this should be classify under BP.
