packages have already reached CGW but 1 of the invoice in my CGW account was reflected as dishwashing detergent (???). anyway, emailed CGW early part of this week to check but no reply till today. decided to livechat them instead. CGW insist its merchant's fault but i believe its CGW's fault coz order number don't match the detergent invoice at all. insisted that i pay to check which i refused to.
