How to boost bck energy.. alwys lethargic, sleepy.. tired...
Im in my mid 30s..issit due to age??? Wen im in my 20s, wah im so energetic.. i dun wanna address myself as OLD..Hahahhaha...
Any remedies to share???:)

It's said that if your 湿气 ("damp heat") is too much, you will feel lethargic too. Maybe you could go for some tcm detoxing. Of course, the other sure-fire way is to get up and exercise :)

I recently completed my mindfulness course with this place at Kovan. It has helped me with my insomnia and stress management. I learned to understand myself more and let go of things that are not within my control. I've since slowed down my pace and realized that slowing down makes me less stressed and I've become more productive. health and happiness has improved! Just wanted to share with you guys. It is really great and I see that they are organizing a Mindfulness basic class now. Let me know if you are interested! I can share details.

It's not like yoga because yoga is physical. They have mindfulness coaches which will teach you things like body scan, mindful behaviours, understanding yourself, calming and breathing methods. It's really healthful and helpful for me because when I learned mindfulness, a lot of my stress reduced, i sleep better at night, i take better care of myself. My eczema also disappeared.
