strange things are happening to my body this cycle. Hopefully seeing Dr Tan tomorrow will shed some light.

- BBT 36.8 recorded on MC Day 1/CD1
- BBT gradually dropped till 36.22 today CD16
- +ve OPK on CD10-12

I don't know if I have ovulated, and why my BBT is still so low after I've ovulated. CM has not changed, these few days more transparent and sticky.

Anyone had similar experiences?
 
Jo78>> I don't chart my BBT so I don't know how the temperatures supposed to vary along the cycle.

However, I read the instructions of my CB digital OPK. It says that if you have recently been pregnant, the OPK may give misleading results.

So maybe you have not ovulated yet? But anyway, I thought normally gynae will advise to wait for one cycle after MC to TTC again?

Anastasia, thanks for the info! I hope you are right. Gynae did advise waiting for 1 cycle, but I am just tracking BBT and OPK to see if my body has tuned back to normal. The OPK started with -ve results but peaked at CD10-14 then went -ve again. I am scheduled to see Dr Tan tonight for TCM, hopefully he will b able to tell me if I have ovulated, he usually only has to feel around my tummy to tell.

Hi ladies...its coming to 8 months nw since me and dh ttc-ing. Am on my 2ww nw. Period suppose to come on sunday...but not keeping my hopes up.

We are looking into goin for a pre-pregnancy or fertility checkup. I need tips on hw to go abt doin it and any recommendations as to where to get it done etc...

Hi Annie,

There is once I 'O' during my office trip to US. Although I didn't manage to BD during this period, but that cycle was super long. (~45days) I guess the jet lag is the culprit to the long cycle, dunno if it affect my 'O' that cycle.

Looks like you are going for a short trip, just relax and hope there isn't any time difference that will upset the cycle. Hope you have a beanie NOT MADE IN SG

gals, i m approaching fertile period, but not much cervical mucus unlike last few months.. But these few days when bd, i got natural lubricant. so do i still need to apply preseed or just let it be natural?
 
Hi gals, morning! Me and dh feeling veri sad since last nite. we had a call from my gynae last nite and he told us dh got low sperms motility and he consulted another doctor and said tat ivf is the only way out, not even iui. after hearing this, we both broke down. later will be seeing gynae during my lunchtime with dh to see how to improve his sperms. i need faith, support and shoulders..

Dun be sad, cos maybe later when u go see gynae and give ur DH some medicine eg. like vitamins to improve his sperm....

My DH also got low sperm count meaning his sperm got no strong army so got to make sure he take vitmains to improve. BTW do ur DH smoke and drink cos my DH do smoke and drink so I think that is the reason he gt no strong army.

I left a post for u on ivf thread.. Hug hug.. Don't worry k, see what ur doc has to say first.. My hubby's sperm count/motility was low at first but it did improve.. I bfp with 1st natural iui just that unfortunately m/c later.. But i did conceive which means the sperm was strong enough to reach the egg.. Did he take any med from the tcm as well?

Annie, he does not smoke and drinks occasionally when he goes on biz trip.

Annie, min &amp; reiko: we did see tcm at marine parade in sep and oct and he oso gave dh medicine to brew. but in nov when we went, he was closed. so we just tried naturally till dec i went to see him again, he told me got "combined", but did not give me any medicine. after tat he went on holiday and will b back on 3rd Jan 13. So if tcm say got "combined", meaning there is still hopes for his troops? i m trying to stay positive.
We just finished handling his auntie's funeral and we were so stressed and just managed to get a little rest, den this bombshell came..

When the gynae called me ytd, he was abit apprehensive on telling me the results over the phone and said he wishes to see the both of us. at that moment, i knew something was wrong.. But, we will perserve and hang on and hope for a miracle!

Jiayou everyone, we will not be put down by obstacles!
 
Jasmine:hugs..my dh also have Poor sperm mobility..in this current world,there are a lot of cases where dh troops are weak.. we are also thinking of gg iui early next year..hope miracle can happen on us soon.. jia you!

For the last 4 mths before they conceived, they were seeing a TCM in Chinatown during which both had to take Chinese medication too. After TTC for 2 years, they finally managed to conceive.

Cos I am not sure to buy it anot as I saw alot of success stories using preseed leh!

Any advice as I want to go buy one and try but wld like to check anybody with information after trying out.

As for preseed, I bought it when TTC #1. But I only used it once and I never used anymore, so for the cycle that I conceived #1, I wasn't on preseed. Cos my hubbie complained that the texture was too thick, so it reduces sensation and the "feel". It comes in pre-filled applicators, so you just insert the lubricant inside your vagina. Anyway, for both my #1 and #2, I conceived them without using any lubricants.

Btw, my gynae said that between preseed and conceive well, preseed is better.

Btw, Conceive well (the blackmores supplement) is going at a discount of 20% at Unity pharmacy and Watsons. For Watsons, during the 1 day member sale yesterday, it was 25% discount so I grabbed one box too.

Concentration: 2.6; reference values: 15
Progressive motility: 8.0; reference values: 32

So these two are veri low. he told us to continue our supplements from GNC (Him: Men's Health) first den do another SA, den decide on ivf. Fingers crossed!

Anybody got suggestions on how to increase sperm motility?

The chart is to track which part of the cycle each of us are at now, and also to track who has graduated (i.e. conceived). AF = Auntie Flow = menses; CD = Cycle day (1st of of your period is considered CD1)

Either u buy from blogshop or amazon.. Watsons is much ex. Try not to drink too much cold drinks, everything eat and exercise in moderation.

Anastasia, i tot Blackmores concieve well dun hav discount at watsons ytd, so neva buy. But i still hav GNC prenatal. Should be sufficient.
