She is expecting to receive Batch 23, 25, 27 and 28 from Gymboree these 2 days, but as she can only be discharge from hospital this evening and still need to recuperate, please give her more time to sort out the loots.

For the other batches, she is still trying to locate them with the help of Gymboree, DHL and Singpost. (She believes that Gymboree warehouse could have messed up the orders during end Oct to Nov period)

In view of New Year season, strongly encouraged spreeists to opt for registered mail in case packages mailed out via normal postage get lost in transit.

If decides to change to registered mail, please include an additional $2.25 topup.

My partner will make a trip to post office coming Monday (04/01), pls top up no later than today (03/01): 6pm, if need to include yrs, if missed the cut-off, next mailing will be on Thursday (07/01).

(Effective from 01st Nov 2015, courier fees will be $10 instead of $7, unless the total weight of the loot is less than 2kg.)

The collection points will be resume as follow:
(1) Burlington Sq (outside Burger King) - reopen on 10 January 2016 @ 250pm
(2) Lot 1 (outside McDonald) - reopen on 04 January 2016 @ 755pm
(3) West Mall (Ya Kun) - reopen on 9 January 2016 @ 1130am
(4) West Gate (outside Level 4 Yamaha) - reopen on 7 January 2016 @ 755pm
(5) Appointments at Gangsa, Senja, Fajar as usual

Update:

Gymboree has deemed Batch 14, 17, 18, 20 and 21 lost in transit.

I have officially filed dispute with bank for Batch 14, 17, 18, 20 and 21 and to request for the reversal of the funds for these 5 orders due to "non-receipt of merchandise".

Had forwarded all the supporting documents i.e. invoice, shipping information, dispute declaration form etc to the bank and now bank is taking over to liaise with Gymboree to do the documents verification.

Reversal of funds will take 8 to 12 weeks after the bank has sorted out with Gymboree. Please be patient and I certainly will get back to each of every spreeists once the refund process is completed.

* Not optimistic on Batch 24 and 26, if they did not reach me by end of the week, I may need to file disputes for these 2 batches as well..

Spreeists,

a. because of the recent several batches lost in transit between Nov to Dec 2015 (during the period Black Friday Sale/Cyber Monday), going forwards, I will no longer opt for international shipping, but to send all orders to US vpost or cgw for better tracking.

b. the international shipping (44/200) that spreeists used to pay is an economic international shipping fee which Gymboree requested DHL to deliver the orders directly to Singapore.
DHL commented that they have difficulty to trace the package in event they are lost in transit because of the basic shipping route package opted by Gymboree.

c. I will still continue to use the formula (44/200) as the shipping formula, but will subject to adjustments when loots arrive Singapore.
I expect the adjustment to be minimum.

d. next Wed (13 Jan): 12 noon will be Gymbucks Redemption...I will be sending email notification to spreeists on the gymbucks allocation...for spreeists who are affected by the recent packages that are lost in transit, and do not wish to join the gymbuck redemption, I respect your decision.
