Yes, especially when i go out under the sun after i wake up in the morning, or even late morning. I usually keep some sweets in my bag. Then squat down, close my eyes and eat the sweet. But i find that a wholesome breakfast helps to avoid it. So now every morning i will eat a hearty breakfast. Like fresh milk/milo with an egg sandwich/oatmeal and some fruits.
