I am planning to eat healthy back. Breakfast: Oats, brunch: bread (if hungry), Lunch: Rice with vegetable (eat rice to skip tea haha), Dinner: Teochew porridge with vegetable and eggs + fruits & before bed: Low fat Milk/soya milk.
