Hi Babysmurf, Tx for the pointers. When is your glucose test? U doing anything to prepare for it? For full month, I bought 0-3 months...should be able to fit hopefully!
 
Mofmm: going to do in polyclinic. Then bring to dr tan on 23 march. I haven't buy any dress for full mths. Cos at 25wks dr tan said my girl weight abt 1kg. I scared big baby.
 
Hi Babysmurf, Oh can do there?! Tomorrow I call KK to cancel else I need drive down half an hour there when polyclinic just 5mins away! Thanks for sharing! Your baby is indeed good sized hehe...

Mofmm: OGTT can do in polyclinic but private charges. U have to wait there for the result. Do first then cancel Kkh appt.

Mine is the test n dr tan appt same day. Cos cannot make in on that day. +I working in polyclinic so just take some time go do the test while I working. Heehee
 
Sade, Chevy, Luv etc... U gals doing breastfeeding right? I notice some lumpy substances under my right armpit, isit normal? Do you gals have this? I scared its cancer or harmful substance

Bb shower: maybe is ur milk ducts blocked. Try to massage there to clear out. Monitor ur condition. There is 1 sis, tanny also like that. If too long then u may have to find a LC to clear out for u.
 
Bb shower, it's normal. LC said those are excess fluid. Just massage n push twd ur breasts. They may come back after but just keep massaging. Now my lumps r gone liao after my body regulated. Better clear b4 they turn hard n painful.
 
I also have breast lump when I was in my fifth mth of preg. Just did a biopsy to check . Bb shower , it is best to contact ur doc on it .

Feeling hungry yet sleepy so made 3 in 1 cereal. End up all donated to the sewage within 5 mins after entering my system. Now feeling hungry n awful n tired. Argh!!!!

Hope, i told hubby you walk at hm 30mins to expedite delivery, he asked me to walk 2hrs cos im 2weeks behind u. Looks like the more we looking forward to the popping, the longer bb decided to stay put. Haiz.....
 
Mofmm: cos need to do fasting better go to polyclinic at 8am. Bring book to read have to wait for 2hrs to take 2nd blood test. Result out on same day.

Probably not today for taka fair. Working very tired today. Tailbone getting more aching everyday sitting in office. May go on sat.
 
Babysmurf, ogtt can be done at poly? I gonna hv my ogtt on 12mar but dunno y dr tan ask me to go early for ogtt, im only in my 16wkplus.
 
Dian Tang, thanks for the recommendation on the book! Coincidentally, my friend was telling me about it over the weekend. I just googled and found a lot on youtube on him. Think just watching this will be faster than reading book for me. I showed my DH the clip and he is very very intrigued and interested. I've also read about the 4th trimester theory on a couple of articles too. Think we will definitely try this method! But we may not shush so loud, scared damage the poor baby hearing!

By the way, his book is called Happiest Baby on the Block in the US but I think in UK is it Baby Bliss.
 
Hi Sue Ann I was asked to go for ogtt when I had my checkup at wk15 with Dr Su at NUH. Was told I had quite high glucose in urine and detected glucose in urine on several occasions before.
 
hey babysmurf. read online tat fresh cycle ivf bb r normally taller especially girls. so it might by yr bb is longer so weighs more.

I have told my boss that I want to go on early maternity leave. She said I can stop work today if I want to! I told her I will work till Friday...

Koric: OGTT is oral sugar test. To see whether got diabetic anot.

Reikibaby, your hb so funny haha. I just visited dr Loh.... Bb 3.5 kg and no signs yet. Haiz I think u better walk more! Scared by next week full term bb will be too big for natural. Though he says just try.

Whiteclover, I rem u mention that your last scan was 3.6 but bb was 3 at birth? Did u go C sec coz of the weight?

Ladies, i hv been hving mild cramp once awhile but couple timws in a day. And lately keep wanting go poo poo but not always successful. Shld i see dr or just monitor and see since no spotting or anything. Just cramps. The mild nagging cramps

Reikibaby: I actually told my boss that I will take annual leave for next week cos I don't want to come back so early to work. Haha... But boss was very nice. She said don't need. She will record as I am working from home. :D
 
That's so nice of your boss, Koirc. I just finished my one hr shoot, feeling very tired. Need to wait 2 weeks for preview n 4 weeks for delivery.
 
Reiki, just hope next scan won't be too heavy for natural haha! Hmm do you experience cramps at regular intervals? I asked dr Loh the last time and he said to admit to hospital if it's contractions every 5 mins or v pain. I recently wanted to poo but can't also.

Btw, Taka card member doesn't have additional discount.

Lil Ponyo: thks for sharing the link . It was quite enjoyable to read his book cos some points are quite interesting and funny. He also teach how to swaddle the baby .. So cute !
 
Hope, not regular interval. Just on off... Mild cramping. Guess probably its BH. Just want to lie down and do nutting... Feel so restless the entire day.
 
Babysmurf, I checked and there is no further discount with Taka card. I didn't buy anything as Usagi said, it's mainly big ticket items.
 
Lil: thank you cos I saw the playpen I want n probably getting the avent sterilizer. Dh interested in the combi stroller.

The playpen I went to dealer they run out of stock. Shipment only coming in in mid may. Scare cannot wait.
 
Reikib, it sounds like u have early labour contractions. If symptoms persist, do go to the hospital. Will be ur turn soon!

Luv, but the interval nt that close... when it comes it is mild nagging cramp. It can be gone for a couple hrs... like nw.. i dun feel it liao. Will observe and see how. Hubby was hoping bb born today (thurs) so he can hv the best bday gift... lolz

Think for the first few cm of dilation, contractions may not be regular. Only when active labour starts then will become regular.
 
Need advise
Started full latching couple of days back. Now, seems to backfire cos since then my girl has completely refused to take the bottle (expressed or formula, also refused. She only wants to latch directly. To the extent that she will rather starve n sleep, rather than take bottle.

Don't know wat to do. N I cannot keep latching her cos my nipples are sore and sometimes raw.
 
Whiteclover must be very tough for u can feel the pain. Does forcing her to drink helps? Maybe u try n explained to her tell her mummy pain pain, sometimes baby understand.

For me I gave pump out milk, formula milk n last then let her latch on. If latch on I felt even more tiring n sore.
 

Reiki, update us yah! I had some poking pain and stomach discomfort last night but not regular too and ended up sleeping. But dr Loh says bb not engaged....guess have to wait till next week to induce maybe? I am still hopping to pop these few days though.
