so not true!! the train was real packed too!!
and i'm always late for work..
coz too packed that i got to wait for the next train..
wanna chk with you ladies.. nowadays i feeling uncomfortable at my chest area.. i'm not sure is a chest pain or my inflammation due to phelgm..
went to see doc.. and told him tat i suspect some heart prob.. but he took my blood pressure, question my family history etc and say i'm in very low risk of tat..
but i dunno wat is going on.. i feel really uncomfortable ard the chest srea...
and i'm always late for work..

went to see many doc too (in fact still recovering at this point), but they said it was no cause for alarm, and they gave me this nose spray (suppose to relieve the phlegm), as well as a tablet to 'open the air passage'.
After about a week, the pain subsided.
maybe if your current doc's med is not able to help you, you can consult other doctors?
but most importantly, keep in prayer and declare that health and healing is already yours as you take the medication!

thanks mebelths... u make me feel better.. coz i'm really scared.. dunno y.. me too!! my company doc is Shenton medical ( level 2 )...
normally i look for tat Dr Karen.. but she was not ard the previous time i visit the clinic.. end up i was been consult by a male doc..
i will keep in prayer and believe that God is good and all will be good..

ya, dr Karen is usually quite popular. The other male doc is very anti anti-biotics.
haha..he keeps saying 'you're strong enough to get well on your own'..it's until i see him for the 3rd time that he said 'ok..i think i can give u some anti-biotics'
haha..i was joking with my colleagues to say that maybe i look too well when i go see him coz i always end up joking and laughing :X
yup! i'll keep you in prayer~ here's some verse to encourage you..and for you to meditate on!

ladies.. i just vomitted... so scared now...

tink i gg to see a doc and ask wat is wrong with me!! few mths back i was found having iron deficiency and was popping iron pills every morning.. now dunno wats next..

berries, don't panic. hm...what did you eat during lunch? maybe it's due to something bad?
if you're not feeling well do consult a doctor again. Does your company have those medical screening? If so go book one and get a good check-up. But in the meantime, don't worry and just keep telling yourself that no disease/sickness shall harm you!

I'm not sure! Don't tink is becoz of my lunch.. Coz i vomitted even before lunch.. I tot i was fine after vomitting.. But just now i vomitted again.. My heart is pumping fast at times..

Hi Mabelths, dun know whether are u comfortable with tcm or not. I would like to recommend Dr.Zou, a tcm doctor at Ang Mo Kio.
I delivered a stillborn baby in March when she lost her heartbeat on her 36th week. It's really broken my heart, and I still crying when I missing her. Can understand how u feel when people around are pregnant or mummies.
I visited doctor Zou after my confinement to 'tio' my body. She is a nice doctor who willing to share her knowledge with me. Under her guidance, I have to monitor my basal temperature, because it tells a lot of story of my body's condition. She keeps advise me not to be anxious for pregnant before my body is ready to 'hold' my baby for 9 months. So, maybe you can look for her to 'tio' your body too.

Since your medical check up is good, maybe you just need to have some supplementary. I am trying Blackmore pre-conception conceive well gold. Sometimes I will take folic acid if I didn't take blackmore. By the way, husband also can take folic acid, it will stimulate the sperm's quality.

Berries, have you gotten results from your blood test yet? I begin to worry that something is wrong with me too. Have been feeling nausea for the past 3 cycles before AF due. Last month even threw out 3 times and I thought i was preggy but got a BFN. I seldom had this kind of PMS before, wonder what is the changes to my body. Should I visit my gynae?

i got my blood test back le.. the doc say everything is fine.. just tat i need to eat more iron rich food.
But i myself find i got some health prob.. i also feel nausea and giddy.. sometimes i feel my heartbeat slightly faster for no apparent reason.. i'm so worried.
i need a full body chkup soon.. i'm getting worried each day... heart issues? wat can it be?

Berries, since doc says you are fine, then probably don't scare yourself. When your heart beat faster, did you check your blood pressure? Maybe just adjust your diet and see if it helps.
