mine this preggy oso no fun... 2nd tri not started alr feeling tummy heavy... legs tired if walk too long... nose super sensitive... no MS but nausea all day long... got strong smelling stuff worse... now appetite not improving oso... haiz... 1st preggie like no feeling liddat... no MS no nausea no prob... appetite big big... only prob is serious water retention... morning hands like bear paw... other than dat, nothing lor... this time round, no joke...

 


Girls, my gynae had told me that we should be putting on weight from 4th mth onwards and each mth is about 1-2kg. hehe.. So, will be about 12kg average till the end of pregnancy. =) I was given Calcium and prenavit pills on my 16th week.



My Gynae package is $650 which can be signed up from week 20th (on detailed scan) onwards. The nurses will explained more about the package on my 20th week visit. =)

maelyn, XW and wendy, hope you gals can start enjoying your pregnancy soon ... it's my 2nd pregnancy and other than the terrible first tri, I'm pretty much ok now.



wendy, your gynae pkg can only start from 20th weeks?

 
Doc juz told me my sugar level is high & I'm going for glucose test on thur.. He said avg can put on 2 kg per mth but I hv put on 3 kg since my last visit last mth although I'm still at my pre-preg weight..



My antenatal pkg is $800 excl gst but I signed up upon knowing my pregnancy wic is 4 wks+. No need to wait for 12 wks or so...

 
wendy, i m ok with second pregnancy though i m more tired than usual though it is 2nd tri alr..hopefully it will get better.



wendycsk, my gynae oso told me i can put on another 12kg from now till end of pregnancy..so avg 2kg per mth? Lol..i so far onie put on 1kg so she said was quite little but happy baby is growing well.



Now i m thinking of wat name shuld my #2 have.. i asked Zach and he said Cary (which is what he alway call himself)..haha. So i asked if didi can be called Barney since u love the purple dino so much he said "Dont want"..zzzz...

Hi modisch, yes. Average is 1-2 kg per month.. hehe.. So it makes up to 12kg for total pregnancy. hehe..



Cary, yes. My package starts from week 20th onwards for $650 (excludes GST).



Girls, need to submit my maternity leave early and i think i am taking my ML from 1st July (EDD 9th July) to Oct 20th, follow by taking one shot childcare leave ( 6 days). As childcare leave is entitled per year and it is already end of year so wanna clear it. I am left with 20 days leave till end December, i will take 8 days leave and will be back to work on 14th November which makes it 4.5months.. hehe! Should be enough right.. haha! Then i am left with 12 days leave in case bb needs injection etc.

 
celine, I''ve got very bad outbreak on my neck, chest, shoulder and back [IMG=http://www.singaporemotherhood.com/forumboard/clipart/sad.gif] for my #1, I had it too and it only went away after pregnancy ... only cos of the hormones changes.

yeah wendy ..good planning! I thinking of take two mths leaves and use the remaining as flexi.



so sad..only clear after pregnancy.. I try to use cloth..(those scrub cloth) and normal shower foam to rub on it but not on tummy sometimes. i think it helps abit. but still there is red spots. =(



Btw those gender scan can be done when we go for normal scanning? too excited becos i wanna buy clothes for bb..saw alot in fb.

 
eh Wendy .. in btw Jul to Oct got PH bo.. if hav u can "break" ur ML earn e PH then can go on ML again? depends on e co. but 1st 8 weeks cannot b "broken" up..

Yes, i intend to take 6 days childcare leave for #1 since 6 days per year and it is like end of yera liao.. dun wanna waste it since i still have PTO to use for emergency.

hmm i had v bad rashes in my 1st pregnancy until i was given steriod cream .. thin layer across e affected area .. it got better but got scars also .. e doc says only can clear after pregnancy?

 
hi cary, that is good idea as well but for me hor, i think once i go back to work, sure got alot of issues and if i work 2/3 days out of a week, people will still call me even i am on maternity leave that day, once they knew i am back from maternity leave! So, better disappear for that period. haha! And i will tend to get stress up to clear up the work and wont be able to enjoy the maternity leave. =p

Cary i hav been using e palmer series for scar to clear e marks it's not too bad .. over time will lighten e scars .. i alwaz tell my DH ur son caused me all these like battle wounds so hehe DH will help me apply e lotion n cream .. w160879...yes cos John Tee did the wash for me during my 1ast MC...once i woke up i dun feel anything...n the recovery very fast...so i think he had did a gd job...he also explain very clearly all the detail to me...quite happy with him
