wayne - mummy loves shopping so end up our kiddos are having so much clothings that they outgrown fast! haha..I have 4 big toyogo containers of NB to 1.5YO clothes I kept just in case I have another girl..haha



melody - coz the detailed scan is wk19-20, that's y they haven't told u about that. Maybe nxt visit bah..u doing blood test on your next visit? Yes, my hb think Dr Chan's clinic scan is good enough n we didn't go thru 3rd party scan during #1, so he is not very keen..he keep saying is this necessary or we just KS get it scan and scan all over. He still think u/s has some radiation impact but min..that's y overseas they scan less compared to us coz we very KS.



Penny - my gynae is strict and realistic..he is not funny but he is very experience gynae. So he ensure the bb growing well & mummy is not gaining too much..haha

And yes, he is detailed..each visit he takes time to scan and explain. I don't like hush hush men with few words type of gynae :p

dolly, yes dun give up...afterall is ur own benefit in future...at most u complain to them..they will take care of it.is not ur fault at all...



i oso hope for a girl leh...but morning i read some1 say tummy got hair means likely a boy? i jus realise i oso hv few strands of hair on my tummy...OMG!!!

sorry gals but I have removed myself frm the grps. Coz when added, it will appear in the news feeds and I have friends asking me asking me qns. I didnt broadcast my preg on FB to everyone so nt all my friends know and I dun intend to broadcast so thus i removed to avoid anymore qns =P

starfruit, taking bus c is not torturing, taking the MRT from my place Yew tee to BV is more torturing. Even if the MRT starts, it also does not make it better but I am sure that I will hv a interesting lunchtime everyday compare to now. my colleagues go to foodcourt almost everyday, so sian.. hee

melody, i have been eating at food court too but today, came back and throw up after my yong tau food. the food sucks here. i like the wan tan mee at the aircondition place at JTC side...

Back in my 2007 thread, there was a recommendation to change hb and wife diet so that chances of getting a boy or ger is higher.



so i wanna ask, those who think they are expecting a boy or ger does your hb likes meat more or veggie more?

I read somewhere if Hb takes more vegg and wife more meat, it's likely to be ger.

bubble, I guess it all depends on our fate hehe, I have one friend who tried all the things mentioned on the book for a ger including sex position, diet etc. but she got a boy in the end.

 
Hi gals.. mentioning about gender.. when I have my boy.. I always crave for meat and eat alot of meats.. but for this time round.. I prefer veggie.. thats why I always think I will be having girl this time.. and now already 80% confirmed.. so Happy..

Hey mummies, not sure if u all are interested in this game to predict your bb gender.. So far quite accurate for those I tried on.. Take try for fun then verify whether correct or not when gynae announce.. [IMG=http://www.singaporemotherhood.com/forumboard/clipart/happy.gif]



Take 1 piece of sewing thread, those thin ones, tie it to a ring, can be your wedding ring or any metallic ring like key chain ring or ring binder. Hold the ring by the string using your right hand and place it over your left palm. Make sure you hold still and the ring isn't swinging or spinning.



Wait a while. The ring will start to move.. If it swings, means you will have a girl. If it spins, means a boy.



If this is not your first bb, the first result indicates the gender of your first child. Stop the ring and repeat to see the gender of the following kids, until there's one time the ring doesn't move at all. Means you will stop at there already.. Heh..



Disclaimer: take this game with a pinch of salt. Just for fun.. Not definitive and nothing serious.. If you are not comfy, don't try ya.



Lemme know your results ya.
