Plus now i used the back support, think recommended by Tres the other times. Exp, but at least it works. If not, i cannot live thru my 8hrs plus in office. Sit too long, stand up whole back pain, lie down get up also pain, lie down on my back, also pain. I feel like screaming at times. My backpain even extend to below my backside.
