I've had maids before my first boy was born. So I prob used to getting experienced maids. The learning curve is much faster. the current maid may be a bit blur & forgetful but I give her the benefit that she is new to spore and our ways. if she had not shown she wanted to try and learn + plus the fact she is try to do more work then maybe I would have found a replacement by this month to change her. she's got some way to go in terms of cooking. but lucky she has won over my boy, which has helped us a bit.

where is your maid from? i think its hard to find maid who can get along with us as well as my mum/mil. i notice maids give problem to our elders when we are not around.

I think maid from Indon or Philippines all also can. I've had both before. Mainly depends on individual. For me I need one that can speak and read english. doesn't mean that come from fili can speak english. must really interview and judge for yourself. but quite a few indon cannot rea but they are very good at TAlking (on the phone)hahahha
