the sinseh will nvr let us acu w/o medicine one.. i ask before.. then they keep saying the med they giv wil not giv mi outbreak..end up... haiz.. its no big deal if it cause a bit of outbreak..but often the outbreakis v hard to control eventualy gotto use steriod cream to apply which is worse..

Both myself and hubby hit Big 3, duno izzit hard to get preggie.



I am the super lazy type...bot dozens of ovulation strips but never used. Bot a salvia ovulation tester fr Ebay for 1 yr liao, but never used too.



Btw did sun96 & misscandy use alt day BD method throughout or juz BD during ovulation period?

today i went to see tcm doc. told her about my bbt. she said it's on the low side so cannot. AF coming in prob 2 weeks, and i'm not pregnant la.



try next cycle lo.. this time must take BFW... last month i didn't take...

the only good thing is i know BFW sure works for me... tat time feb AF came, never come in mar and apr. i took in apr, AF came in may.. almost exactly 30 days...



but today tcm doc say if bbt remains high for abt 10 days then AF will come lo... i hope it'll remain there...
