I have pilates exercise cd too but i cant get the hang of the breathing techniques n i am not that flexible.. lol
Weight loss support group is a cool idea.
I have been googling what exercise we can do with babies. (If we r doing it when baby is waking up) There is baby yoga (any idea where to do this?) n also can jog with the stroller.
But dont think my stroller can handle it n also scared baby will get too much wind due to the running. What do u mummies think??
