Me too been waking frequently to go to loo. Seems that the moving up process has not started yet..lol maybe have to wait for a few more weeks. Nowadays, 3 times per night is a norm for me..some nights can go up to 5 times. I try not to drink too much water at night, but alot of time i am so thirsty that i just cant help it.

Your backaches is only when you are sleeping or even when sitting up. If is when sitting, you can try do some stretching every half an hr, so as to make sure you dont sit in a particular position for too long, which might be the cause of your backaches. Like for me, when i work, i am infront of the laptop all the time and in time, my shoulder and upper back will start to ache. I find stretching frequently do help to release the tension. As for sleeping, maybe you can try sleeping on your sides and curving a little? That works for me too.
