gd morning mummies...



having a bad week...fall sick le...down with flu, cough, fever n sore throat..



now resting at home..



yest went to gyane, bb still refuse to turn dwn n doc say give him another 2 weeks more..if nt gotta op for C-Sec liao...feel kind sad..bb weigh 2.5kg at 35wks n mummy lost 1kg due to poor appitide..



now doc forcing to take iron pills and still gotta take the fish oil n calcium pills..haven include the medicine for my flu bug (another 5 kinds of medic)..Awww...been having sleepless nite for like 2days le..



me too like to eat bread, but i still eat those normal bread at home n wholegrain at work..

 
jellypurin>> haha, aiyo u're too kind. Look good with clothes on perhaps but if I'm gonna take the "almost naked" type of photos, it'd be a different story altogether le.



lasery>> Take care of yourself. I'm also taking iron, calcium & fish oil. Few weeks bk, was also down with flu & cough, tried to cut down on the medication, but took me a much longer time to recover.

 
mrslong: i donit to take iron pills de..yest did the PH and iron test for blood..ended up fail badly..most prob due to my sickness bah..



doc insist i take for 2 weeks without fail to increase, if nt gotta do blood transfusion liao...(=.=!!)

 
stemcord or cordlife - oops think I am rather late for this. Anyone did a comparison between these two? Can share why you choose one over another? SCBB is not for us (failed their test)

 
lasery>> I wasn't prescribed iron pills till in my 27th week when I requested for a blood test to be taken cuz have dizzy spells. Gynae had actually only wanted to do the blood test in my Wk 32.



Found out my iron level dropped drastically so she started me on 2 pills a day.



Then u better take the iron pills diligently. Alternatively, eat more beef (red meat) or liver.

I am in my 34th weeks now, not too good either, pelvic pain, vomit, cramps etc...

DQ - Yeah! my thigh is okay now... think really just muscle strain! so has allison decided on the venue this Sun?

BTW PS shoot for this Sun location not confirm yet. But is your HB driving you to the shoot location?

Mrslong, I'm also feeling low on how I look, but due to the breakouts on face. Supposed to go facial today but last min hubby doesn't allow me too. He's worried if the products are safe for preggies or not. Sigh

 
Hopefully it's not some "ulu" location for the shoot, cuz I'd be driving.



HB's gonna be out of town tmrw till next Fri. So gonna drive myself there.

fazzy: relax relax...i also do own facial at home..self help bah...also kinda depress with all the bumps n oil on my face..twice monthly i will clear my face then put a mask on it..



wait til everything end then can go do a nice n clean facial le...n have a nice massage too.

fazzy: actually facial is safe... shouldnt worry too much. The products how to penetrate your face skin and go all the way into your womb, passing the placenta and water bag to baby hehehe. But only if some have toxic that if you inhale it affects baby.. but i dont think facial products will have such harmful stuff. Let your hubby know! =D

fazzy>> Think facial is safe, as long as dun use machine (i.e. diamond peel, laser, etc).



For me, since my 2nd trim...I didn't go for my facial oredi, too lazy. But I just continue with my usual facial regime @ home.

i donno! Wheres a good dim sum place? preferably one with aircon please. nowadays call me spoilt but I can't do without aircon! Everywhere perspiring, hair wet, neck wet, inbetween breasts wet, armpits oso wet yuck!!!!

 
Jaclyn - its norm for us la. I already sweat straight after shower. So after shower I will hide in my air-con room and nvr leave the room liaoz...

Wah you mummies take your PS very early. I only taking mine on 28th (think i am the latest one?) and by then i would be in my 36th week. But i realised my tummy just ballooned in the last couple of weeks. Previously ppl are commenting my tummy looks small..but now ppl are saying "wow u r growing quite big"..lol..so hopefully by 28th, tummy would be a good size to be taken.

mrslong & jaclyn: my hubby overprotective of his baby la. Everytime scare me, ask me so many things if I'm sure or not. In the end, I lazy to go to just satisfy his doubts

 
baby_yen - yup non maternity ones... Allison says can wear cant zip is best!



sun_tan - I also can feel balloon these past one week, so you can expect your BB too grow bigger in your 34-36 weeks...



fazzy, DQ - all of us taking indiv PS on friday... mine at 3pm, DQ at 5pm, fazzy should be earlier?

 
dim sum - fri is fine with me. yay, have been craving for dim sum since last week!



went for gynae appt. bb gained 500gr in 1 week (3kgs at 35wks 3days). my fault cos i had ice cream twice since last gynae visit. now feel very very guilty. no more ice cream for me. gynae seems convinced i'll be giving birth before 38 weeks. said bb's head already down. better pack hospital bag.

Lunch after PS - I've no craving for dim sum now, so I'm okay with any kind of lunch...



Sunday PS - actually dun really like the idea of going Sungei Buloh leh - a lot of mozzies... not when I supposedly go there to take PS... :p

Anyway.. even if we choose now, the maid cant arrive on time before my delivery coz we are determined not to choose transfer maid this time! Now i gota pray hard that my confinement lady be a responsible n pleasant one so that i can have some help for the first month at least... you leh? you selected your maid yet?



fazzy : Facial is safe but remind them not to use any machine that passes electrical impulses thru our skin one. But you might like to consider again coz you gota lie on your back for abt an hour !
