i just went for a residue treatment. hormonal imbalances - dandruff killing my scalp.
the cheapest is to get doctor's hair spray.
you can do a mask once in a while if u have dry hair -avoiding the scalp.
if you have dry hair & scalp olive oil treatment - just apply & wear a shower cap for 20-30 min helps too before u rinse off.
i wanna get a Crimper for the top at the roots to give ore volume as i am lazy to blow dry or use special combs.
I only use hair loss or oily hair shampoos. i dont use conditioner as i will get dandruff if i use conditioner too near my scalp.

my hair spray is for my dandruff problem. its has steroids which my gynae also approved of during pregnancy use - so its quite safe i suppose since applied.
cos since my 2 preg my scalp/facial skin become abit more oilier & has dandruff problems.
i seeked tric-care ther Dina Ser's promoted one & they tryying to ask me for few thousand dollars. i told them to go fly kites.
my friends who know the spa business line said they are like taht one - they will anyhow try to get more business from u & scare you about tthis & that - of course if i were some MISS SG actress then bo bian la - but i rather see a specialist at national skin centre soon if the problem doesnt improve.

pink is milder - i get both & alternate between my regular shampoos as they are quite drying.
I think i might have dandruff psoriasis itchy and oily scalp problem as stated in teh dark grey bottle description.
i use shampoo for oily scalp or dandruff - i get dry flakes. no itchiness - less flakes than if i used moisturising shampoos.
but if i use milder or even moisturising shampoos i get itchiness & dandruff.
anyone can figure out what's wrong?

Vicma, I developed scalp psoriasis too after delivery due to the hormonal changes. I went to my dermatologist and was prescribed a special shampoo with tar as an active ingredient. The flaking went away after a few uses. Sometimes when I am especially stressed, it flares up again for a bit so I just use the shampoo during those times for maintenance.

Need your help. My fren lost her 10weeks old bb because it stopped growing and no heartbeat. She had to remove it. Her hubby took a week's leave to take care of her at home. Cooking her confinement food but he needs to get back to work next week. Anyone of you knows of where and how we can order another week's of confinement food at affordable price?

use magazines, ribbon from candy or whatever - a box from a toy or a pair of earrings - make something lor.
minimally you can make a card.
i quite headache when there is such home work. but the teachers actually measure the parents by their involvement lor. I will scramble to do these "homework" so that they dont think we bo chap & also treat my kids with the same manner.
but sometimes i really bo bian lor.

if you are buying something high priced & heavy like glass bottled fish oils - i strongly recommend you to make your own box as i prefer not to repost large glass bottles if possible.

maddie, also just know from the older generation. they say it's also like "giving birth", the woman's body also lost blood, etc so better to do "confinement" but shorter than the normal. Think 2 - 3 weeks only. not sure what will happen ba... nothing major i guess... but just to bring her health back lo.
Now i'm more worried about her mental health. Wow biang... she's super not strong mentally and i'm damn worried she will develop depression lo. Her hubby also worried so took a week's leave to keep her accompany. It's been few days and every day, she still msg me and tells me.... "i'm in pain..." stupid me thot wound pain so ask her take painkiller but she told me heart pain.

u know what they say about mcs - its not meant to be - it was not healthy enough - better it now than later into the pregnancy.
nature has its way of self abortion when it knows this life is not meant to be.
its a good thing. dont have to feel too sad.
She just needs a little more tonics rest her body for at least 3 months before can plan to start again.

i don't have anyone to tell me that then and i keep thinking its my fault. i even go to the extent of doing a health and body check to make sure i'm fine after i mc.
also cos my mum always tell us that she had bad pregnancy experience, she had to stay in bed once she knew she is preggy or else she will mc. she had 2 or 3 mc cos she do simple housework like sweeping the floor.
so when i mc, i start wondering what its wrong. am i really that weak or whatsoever. being on hospitalisation leave for 2 weeks after mc had make things worse cos i start having my imagination running wild.
but i'm so glad that its all over when i had my boy. though both preggy, i was on mc for the whole of 1st trimester but i still manage and have 2 lovely babies.

Hmmm..I got a qns to ask.
YH had stomach flu around 2weeks ago and thereafter she recovered. Then ard 3 days later she starts having looose and at times watery stool again.
Brought her to PD and PD said she is on the wway to recovery and PD gave her BIO GAIA.
However, PD said there is no need to swtich to soy milk thus i never give.

ANy idea what is wrong? or could it be she is allergic to cow's milk all of a sudden?
