MTDT, oic, ya lor, sian to go for course also. Last time can just self study and go for exam. But that time I was still BF Raelynn and no. 1 was still on 2 hr daily playgroup so I'm not ready to go for it.
Any disadvantages of signing up for the RES course before attaching with agency? The course coordinator also keep asking me what agency I'm attached to. So, I told her none yet.
YL, yup, go for RES course, pass the exam still need to for some inhouse CEA course (that one by agency), then got to pass that, before can become certified agent. Imagine RES course ends in March, then need to go for exam, pass RES, then need to go for CEA course. By the time I can be a certified agent, I think June 11 liao. Long long way to go. Luckily I'm not in hurry.
Shokel, wa, I don't even know that different agencies give different commission rates. I thought it's standard 2% for selling and 1% for buying properties. Really blur about such things. better find out more before I decide on the agency then. HSR commission is 90-10, but do they deduct the resale cut of 30% too? I got a friend who is at Dennis Wee group, keep chioing me to join her after she found out I want to become an agent.
