genesis: hope u had enjoyed your trip! It must have been very cold while u were there! Yes, HK is very very child-unfriendly. Difficult to use prams, no baby chairs, no changing area.

genesis, yes yes, I brought no. 1 there when she was 11 months old, same complaints! ESP the no changing station part. I will only want to bring them there again when they r potty trained. :p

How you gals gonna celebrate new yr eve? Any plans? I duno where to bring baby since everywhere will b so crowded. But stay home like v boring leh....
 
Wah everyone sharing their cakes..i wan to post too but using iphone now so cant post..mine is the mr men and little miss cake fr cupcakedivinity website..i spent total abt $200 on the cake and i already find it exp liao hehe..cant imagine how much u All have paid for the cakes fr c for cupcakes

I think for new subscription in nov. Each month they got new gifts.

Enyu been using the pigeon magcup, at 6mths is spout one, and at 8 mths straw, at first choke haha, but thats how they learn and now she ok. Just bought a bigger one from munchkin.

I like cupcakedivity, my cake shifted to the side abit coz of driving and they re-do for me at 9 plus pm and delivered to me the next day. But I pay delivery charge lah....

What flavour u all order?? Cos i ordered twice from them chocolate flavour and my guests said is v sweet. So this time round i choose vanilla.

Anyway Mine was not v sweet coz i requested for it. My mum who doesnt like sweet stuff find the taste juz nice.

Mtdt, min $1k catering. But i am not Happy with them though.
1stly they dbl bk the place and they only realised 1 wk before the event. Thus last min i have to change my timing. 2ndly we have to keep reminding the service staff to replenish the food, clear plates etc. The buffet was supposed to b ready before 5pm but the setup was completed at 5.20pm. My guests who arrived on time have to wait for the food to setup. So pai sey.
 
Talking about the phillips clipper, anyone wants to buy it from me? Bought it but hubby say don't want to use. Same model as the one shown by lsntyl. Thanks!
 
ivy, too bad, I missed the promotion. My MIL cuts my no. 1's hair but my no. 2 has so little hair that I think I can cut it myself using the clipper. hehe.

actually im planning to bring my 1st dd to Hong kong in Mar. But it seems like Mar is still "winter" in HK right? Can anyone correct me? I online search and it said from Jan to Mar considered quite cold in HK.

Received gd news and bad news in one day..
Gd news, my fren wife delivered twin girls mins ago.. Bad news, my cousin end her life this morning. Happy for my fren but sad for my family.

happymummy: was in hk in feb before cny this year. lots of rain. quite cold but not too bad. definitely need a jacket esp if u go to the non sheltered places like the peak or harbour.

Merry Xmas to all mummies and bbs! Wah lau shop and shop still like not enuf! So many presents need to buy! Robinson toys many great deals for card members, but super packed!

Jeslyn, ya, me also just start with straw. Mine first tried straw when he grab our packet drink and suck! Mag mag straw sometimes he suck too big mouth but will learn after a while.
