YL, different mah, yours is good location, big 5A unit, high floor and with seaview leh. Definitely can command a premium compared to mine. Mine is 5I, mid floor, partially blocked view. I think the only 2 plus points about my flat is that it is walking distance to NTUC and within 1 km to a SAP primary school (and of course 5 mins walk to ILs house). Next time be it CC or primary school, they can help us to fetch the kids. kekeke.
MTDT, yup, mine is day course cos hubby said 10-1pm morning course is better, on days when I have course, just ask MIL to bring no. 1 back from CC at 12noon and look after her for the day. Whereas if it's 7pm - 10pm evening class, MIL has karaoke on Wed and hubby has reservist until Feb so he also won't be back early enough to look after the kids. Personally, I also don't like evening class lar cos if come back at 10+-11pm, the kids will be asleep by then. Plus I'm afraid I'll fall asleep for night classes.
MTDT, I like the overpriced district 15 that is out of reach lor. Cos I like seaview. Maybe I should settle for bedok reservoir view then prices will be more reasonable but then there are no good primary schools near there.
Shokel, oic, then maybe it's different practice for different agencies. It's the exclusive deals that attracted me in the first place cos I don't mind earning less if I don't have to pay so much on marketing. At least got more time with the kids.
