no worries... i just pop over to see if u gals, guy and babies are still ard mah after i went to the baby sling and carrier shop. Cant join u all for lunch cos had lunch with MIL.

Anyway i bought the Manduca carrier. it's a new carrier from Germany and the salesgal told us they cant advertise it on their website cos it's out of stock in Europe till next yr and they have limited stocks now. Check out the website here: http://www.manduca.de/en/

tried the Beco as well but they dont carry Ergo. There is also Pikkolo, etc.. i only tried Beco and Manduca... my gal seems to prefer Manduca as she didnt cry when we were testing out.. we were in the shop for very long testing out lor.

And just now at 11 my gal was fussng and crying and refuse to sleep so hubby took out the carrier and put her in.. and amazing she stops crying within secs and fell aslp immediately.. so hubby tot she's aslp and removed her but guess she's not in deep slp so she cries again once he removes the carrier. So he tried again and this time he puts on the carrier longer.. and till now she is slping soundly.. and me and hubby finally gets some peace... otherwise she will fuss all the way till 12/1am..

we simply find it amazing.. but then it's only the first nite better dont be complacent.. it's not cheap but we are happy for now.. will update if it's really that amazing after a few days k... :p

And i'm more mobile now... can join if there is another outing k!! jio me yah!!

ok pocket burnt.. there are 2 ranges for the Manduca. S$239.90 for basic colours but it's made in China and QC in Europe. S$269.90 for premium limited edition range made in Czech.

Family day = go out as a family!

Went to get christmas decor for the salon and then back to the salon to attend to our appointments. After that went to my parents place to let my brother and SIL see her.

I hope she will be slim too XD

yah ex.. but seems quite worth it leh at least to me.. can used till 20kg.. hehe.. and she's till slping now!! otherwise she will slp and wake, slp and wake many times b4 she's really aslp..

btw now then i realise my bb is huge.. haha.. she was so tiny at birth, only 2.8kg.. now 5.4kg at 2 months.. almost double leh... then i see the babies today... my bb is bigger.. and fat.. omg!!! have i overfeed her???

have tried Pet Pet, Mamypoko, Pampers, Fitti and Huggies... dislike Huggies so not going to buy it anymore.. the rest are fine...

Pet pet and Fitti are the cheaper range. Pet Pet is wider at the waist area but shorter so tends to leak out from the back.. Fitti so far okie.. but waist area is smaller cut compared to Pet Pet.. or mayb my gal is really big but so far so gd..

Mamypoko is much bigger so used it at nite.. Pampers are samples and also bigger cutting.

I'll still stick to Pet Pet, Fitti and Mamypoko... mayb will try Pureen since it's cheap also.. and i have many Drypers M from various hampers..

but i have a BIG PROBLEM, my bb is drinking very little til now... can u share with me how much r ur bbs drinking per feed? i am giving formula milk....

Though I am not very good with the sling, I can try to help you with it. Oh the binder, is it hard to put on ? Previously you mentioned its hard to get it on.

U more hardworking then me to pump. I only diligently for half a month :p… now I only pump once a day if got extra time I pump twice a day the most. So the most I only can get 4bottles perday 

Wow ur boy got so many clothings.. my rotating from less then 10 pces :p. but full mth present I haven open yet. Duno got clothings anot.

I oso need to clear leave and childcare leave. Hope works dun pile up when return from leave in Dec cuz now no backup lioa..

Hee. I will try to find corner seat in food court then nurse my bb when required, quite mafun to run to car and bb will cry louder &amp; louder for milk.

Glamourmum tanks are more outstanding then u breast feed lifting up your shirt!! Its so low cut like the whole breast is coming out. I wore twice go shopping all pple eye on my boobs, now I dare not to wear already…or jus wear cover with jacket.

time to pump! Previous session it took me 1hr to yield the 70ml I needed for 1 feed. Seriously crazy. N I dont have any extras in e fridge anymore. Really envy u mommies who have excess..

How was e food? So fun 2 meet up. I remember when I had #1 I brought him out myself all e time once he was 1mth! But now if I go I gotta bring 2..very headache..

seems very good..can increase the height to accomodate newborn's neck stability and also when child is bigger for better support at their neck..
and the hip guard is adjustable to 52" hip...

can change to side carry, front &amp; back carry...

tried.. but looks very bulky... and no budget for it now..

my girl fusses again last nite.. after giving me peace for 5 nites..
carried her and slept at abt 2am...till 5am..she fidgeted then i put her down to her cot at 5am..then i started pumping..
pump halfway she eating her hands..then i went to latch her...so most of the foremilk is pumped..and she drank the hindmilk..
wahaha..

then i pumped the other side...and now i'm trying to finsih the forum then back to sleep liaoz...

hi rach, I tried manduca too. It doesn't allow for front-carry as in bb cannot face the front when you place her in front. Can only face you. When I was at the bb carrier shop, they told me the only carrier they have that will allow bb to face the front is the pikkolo.

didnt get to check out the carriers as it was near his next feeding time and i still dont have the courage of breastfeeding in public. true enough, he started begging for milk while we were still in e cab . :p
from the website, Manduca carrier does look bulky.. or most of those that give better support for adults and babies are.

mel - if u trust me (haha cos i haben cooked it yet), boil the bones first then throw away e water and boil again with the peeled and cut papaya and some ginger. put a bit of wolfberries to reduce the fishy smell n make it sweet. then let it boil!

I'm battling with my blocked ducts again since sunday. Such a big lump and so painful. When can it stop blocking???

After reading the reviews by mummies here, I also bought the Medela Freestlye. Now waiting for its arrival. Hope it can clear my breast better and prevent me from having blocked ducts again. I also have to BF for longer period due to this investment. Haha.

Remove papaya seeds cut into cubes or how you would like them.

For me my MIL ads in sesame oil and red dates.

Cook till papaya is soft and the soup looks chalky.

I also took 1hr to pump yesterday..supply dwindling..previously could pump within half an hour..yesterday and today all my pump sessions 1hr *sigh* Now trying to boil fenugreek to drink and cook papaya fish soup....I alo same prob with you..my girl has colic and cries all day so I sometimes I cant pump every 2-3hrs..then while pumping also scared she suddenly cry...headache right?

So just boil the fish bone with water,sesame oil and red dates? I sahll combine u and cookiezz recipe..hahah! put wolfberries, red dates, ginger and sesame oil.. best of both worlds!
