haha... yah lah.. i was not making fun of her leh... i was just asking her in a funny way... sorry ah.. i am always so blunt and i like to joke around... LOL! Hope i didn't offend her!!! But really leh... it just amaze me how come she can only put on so little weight.. hee....

I never really take my prenatal vitamins now so i try my best to eat healthily almost every weekday since i will go back to have dinner. But you look real skinny leh... despite having 5 and now number 6! Hahahaha... and i think you look tall too. Aiyo i love your princess lah... really a princess leh.... haha.

ya. very often i heard of combi strollers overturn. reason being, it's too light. when u put heavy stuffs hanging on stroller, it juz fall backwards.

hi everyone, long time didn't come in. my rashes and itching has subsided somewhat with the help of another dosage of oral pills from gynae plus cream. *touchwood* that it would not flare up again else i would really go crazy. But now, left with those rashes marks..sigh..very ugly. wonder when the marks would it go away..
I went for the Mt A class on Thurs at 630pm which touched on nutrition. Going for this saturday class at 4pm - 6pm. Anyone same slot as me?? Looks like the AMK hub class has more useful pointers especially the way on how to rub the stomach.haha

did you take plain water during the fasting period before the test? any idea how long does the clinic/lab needs to process the results? i am abt 70-80% sure that i don't have GD cos of a variety of reasons, but i'll go for the 2 jul test anyway since i've been ordered to do so.

sandwich - i would be doing my glucose test in 2 weeks time. The nurse told me no eating 6 hrs prior to the test. I think can drink water, if not would feel very thirsty.

Beansprout Pillow
I would'nt be making one but intend to buy for my bb. Wondering where can i get cheaper priced beansprout pillows as those i saw from the market is between $18 to $20+.
If i'm not wrong, you have to select the husks, wash it a couple of times, then either microwave or sun the husk to dry them before u can put them into the bag. Not sure if there'll be any additional steps.

Im "making" my own =) actually asked my sis to collect husk for me. But she passed to my mom so my mom do the filtering and sunning.. i bought the pillow cases for her to sew in since preggie cannot touch sewing kit...
From what i know is to select/ filter the clean husk, dun need to wash, sun out as dry as many days as possible..

i think my mom used sieve basket to filter and smaller particles have to pick by hand if they dun separate after shaking, and a box (from the carton drinks) to sun them, so can spread them equally and flat, something like those shops sunning the herbs..
ya, if wash, more difficult to dry.. if dun dry properly, it will grow mould easily..
I would advise to prepare to make 2 pillows.. in case bb pee on it, and cannot salvage, then gotta throw away, but u got a spare one to use. Or the 2nd one can be it "smelly fave bolster"

No food & no plain water AT ALL.. from midnite the previous nite, to my first BT at 9am. Then drink the orange glucose drink, start timing 2h, then no food or drink (not even plain water) until the 2nd BT 2h later. Torturous man!

Aches & Pains
Have been suffering from lower back aches, sore shoulder muscles, etc etc aches & pains the past week or so.
Last nite I slept earlier than HB. He came in & massaged my back & shoulders for almost half an hour, I think. Had a really good sleep after that (even tho I had to wake up to pee again *grr). So touched.. Shall stop comlaining abt him for 2 days muahahaha

Not as aunty or orbiang designs lo. Didn't grow much anyway. My HOD just passed me some of her maternity clothes though.. have yet to try them on hehehehe think i will only fit during last few months XD

There is another bb shop at Clifford centre but cant rem if it's having sale now. As for maternity/nursing, think there is only one shop at arcade 2nd floor beside one of the money changer.
