Zen, jovia also lost 300g after the trip so i thk it's normal but nxt time do bring along his medicine. are u managed to see a dr there? did u bot travel insurance? shd b able to claim.
Jovia also terrified when i bathe her in jap, mayb too cold or wat, but she is fine when we came back. jz give ethan sometime.

my gal lost 500g too! Next time u go hols, must bring meds. We brought all meds including nurofen. So even when she had high fever, we had med for her. The only one I forgot to bring is the suppository so end up we had to buy from their local pharmacy. Theirs is super strong type, take half every 24hrs.
My gal was also upset during the trip and cried through out the nights. So totally understand how u feel. My boy on the other hand enjoyed it so much that when I ask him if he prefers japan or singapore, he says japan. My gal was also terrified of bathing there. When she came back, she screamed for first day when my hb bathed her. But now that everything is back to the old routine, she's alright with me bathing her.
We went out to eat everyday and we got the sack seat with us. So she was still alright sitting there. We ate in big restaurants and shokudo (food court). Only 1 time we went to those vending machine type of small restaurant. But it was still spacious enough for us to bring in our strollers.

How is Ethan now? Is he feeling better. Bring kid for holiday, medicne is a must to bring along.... Cos we might not be able to get the medicine for them oversea. Give him sometime to adjust back... Try not to let him watch TV middle of the nite if not he will get use to it and continue with it...
Cos I have a frd, the gal alway like to watch TV in the mid of the nite and till now she is still like that.....

i didn't see krispy kreme when i in tokyo sob sob...but i tried german waffles in kyoto station vy nice too!

oh Kyler appetite was v gd when we were in jap wor.. he actually finish up 1 cake u know the round 1 tt look like our thousand layer cake? n ask for other food... n he sleep well at nite wor.. the only challenge is he dun like to sit in stroller all the time will fuss n cry abit whenever we put him in...

msig. I was also surprised that they cover med treatment in Singapore. Last time I bought from ntuc dun remember got such a cover.
For my first trip with my boy, I brought the nebulizer.
coz he was prone to bronchitis so we got the meds from pd and brought that along.

piggy, i bot all you bot too. I saw kyler quite enjoyed. Jovia wanted to cum down n walk also dun really like to stay in stroller luckily we bot the ergo carrier.
Jovia's appetite so so she oli take certain food lucky i bot tiger foodjar along so i cooked plain porridge for her to go along wif our food or i give rice wif miso soup. she like pasta but not those creamy type. she loves waffles & crepe.
Mine from NTUC also gng to claim my medical bill of my burnt from hot water.

the weather on the day u went Disney looks so good. We were caught unexpected coz the day before in Tokyo it was so hot. We were freezing our butts out there and had to buy a warm hat for myself and a blanket for Hayley.

oh yes Kyler also keep wantin to come down n walk the moment i let him down he v happy even got caucasian come to us n request to take pic with him thot he jap kid lol~
when i go the other time bott alot all this but quite useless n take up alot of space so din buy those pop corn bucket etc

4 nov. Throughout my trip, we didn't encounter super hot days till we need to pull up our sleeves. My boy will still wear at least 2 shirts. We were freezing most of the time. Infact on our way back to Tokyo, we passed by a place where it was snowing! We managed to capture it on video.

piggy, my luggage no space n bot tokyo banana for friends & family..i spent 10k+ jz for food. I dunno when i will go japan again

I didn't buy alot of food in Tokyo this time round coz we bought them in tohoku. Mainly aomori apple products and Sendai gyu tan and edamame products. Gave my ils a can of uni and abalone soup. They say will cook this sun. Hope it's nice.
Next time if u get to go tohoku area, go hasshouku centre in hachinohe. Shiok. It's a wet market cum grocery shopping. Lots of food to try along the way. Even souveneir packs have samples to try. And u can buy the food in the market and BBQ at the centre. Too bad my kids now a bit young. Diff to BBQ with them. I was so reluctant to leave.
Nishimatsuya is also a good place to shop for kids clothes and stuff but have to go at the right season. Bought lots of stuff there too. Would have bought more if it wasn't all winter clothing.

piggy, i prefer the biscuit too..jz bot for sourvenir not really like it vy much..i work in jap co my jap colig come they will buy us goodies so gotto eat them quite often.
Looks like those who went on holidays esp to Japan really enjoyed yourself. Missed it so much. I wanna go Hokkoido to ski!

Am going for a nearby get away to Penang after convincing my hubby that a holiday with Sophie us possible. Just got to keep our expectations low and be flexible.

I'm looking for suitable playgroups near my workplace or MIL's. But many don't accept 18 months kids, or are those HDB void deck childcare centres. Me being typical KS parent, wanna try to get a so-called better school for Sam.
How much did you pay to register? Must buy uniform, books, etc etc whatnot hor? School fees?

ya puttin him in LV when he hit 19mth cos CNY so puttin him in Mar... it a CC actually but their prog quite gd... huh i thot playgr accept 18mth onwards?? my area is mostly full liao.. for LV every outlet the fee may diff leh... depend on the branch.. the branch i goin cost $1k be4 sub.. need to buy uniform nia.. book no need.. n a $4 insurance. n mus add GST wor.. so after subsidy is $770(inclusive GST) heartbleed...

Actually I booked 19 Nov to take the MMR jab. But now I feel like saving my leave & gog in Dec. Coz ILs gog to Aussie with SIL & Hubs & I sort of gotta take leave to look after Sam. Might as well schedule the jab then.
