SQ quite particular about seat belt leh. the last time i took SQ night flight with kiiron he was in a sling and they still insisted to put the infant belt for him.

I need help :
My boy after the chicken pox injection, PD say within 10days will fever . sianzz today he fever until 38.5 . is it very high ? what is the highest and dangerous termp for bb ?
if he hv fever can he sleep with fan On or in air con room (26- 27 deg)? which is better ?

I postponed my lasik to next sat coz i caught sam's bug. Which GUG do u wanna go to? Maybe we can go to the one at united sq? More accessible than mountbatten if u wanna go on a weekday? I can make it on wed to fri next week.

But since u said sam has been irregular, maybe u monitor him for these few days & see how, den we book?

i'm not sure if it's possible to find confinement lady where u are, but when I was in LA, it was quite common among the Chinese community there. the cost is about US$3000 though.
I'm now in the UK, am expecting #2 also. But dunno whether it's girl or boy yet cos here, they don't scan every month. makes the pregnancy a little less exciting.

Donkeymani, u can wear the infant seat belt over the sling. that's what i did, so don't have to take baby out of the sling. hope that helps for baby to keep sleeping...

Sunshine, congrats to u too.. i'm in a ulu state of US la so not very common for to find pple to do confinement.. so have to take care of ourself lor.. hmm i'm due in 23 jan.. my side here also dun scan every month and in fact oni 2 times througout the pregnancy..
so eveytime checkup oni listen to bb heartbeat.. hai.. indeed is less exciting...
piggytoh, ya lor and we r the 1 looking after them most of the time.. and my weight gain during pregnancy is a lot a lot 1... veri scary... i gain 18kg during the 1st 1... now going to hit 10kg liao.. hai got to go through the pain for b4 and after preggy period..

jac, i also put on alot! These few days i dun dare to look at the scale le..cos i know i sure put on this wk with all the later dinners/suppers...last weigh last wk already 13kg?

Btw mummies, how many hours a day are your toddlers slping? 1 or 2 naps a day? My gal has been slping 11hrs at night and only 1nap of 1-2hrs..like very little

Hahha ... ya, probably that's a pro for SAHM (& bb as well!) cos dun need to wake up early to shuttle between caregiver's home & own home. Yours is different lah ... sam probably got used to the early routine liao cos u need to wake up early to go to MIL's house rite?
Hmmm ... i'm still thinking shld i take a bus or a cab. If take bus, i will have to use the light, cheap stroller that i brought to japan as it's light and can be folded & carry. But tat wld mean carrying a bag, a bb & a stroller up the bus .. abit challenging .. hahaa. Maybe i'll take cab as well

u can try maclaren daytripper. Can recline enough for milk and nap. Light weight too altho not as light as the wire mesh type.

Congrats to all the mummies expecting their next baby. So exciting. Frankly, now that Sophie is getting so active, I wonder how I'll cope with two babies.
Haven't been in the forum for a long time because of work. So envious of all those going on holiday so I told my hubby we should just take a short trip after all if we wait till Sophie is older, then who knows may have baby 2 then cant travel too. He was very hesistant as the last trip to KL was not as enjoyable for him. But he finally agreed! So we're planning to fly up to Penang for a short get away. After all it's been so long since I was there. Also a good chance to see how Sophie is on the plane.
Any recommendations for hotels or places to go in Penang?

Cheerios, my girl takes 2 naps a day. A short one in the morning and a longer one after lunch. 45 mins + 90-120 mins. She goes to bed by 8pm and usually wakes up before 7am.

Sharon, no leh..this is my 7-8cycles alr..i stopped BF beginning of the yr so far everything normal except the flow is heavier than before. i heard this is normal too...duno why this cycle like this..i had this mid-cycle spotting many yrs back tat time i took chinese medicine due to my bad cough. Mayb due to my hormone imbalance..vy sian i sure this mth my cycle going haywire liao
oh ya, this mth i forgot to take bai feng wan.

(those holding omnia or samsung phones will know what is marketplace)
very good...no need to look for pen/paper to mark down when is the last feed and at which side...
cos u can key in and press start and stop(duration) and indicate which side u feed on just using the phone...
so fedup that this app didn't come out earlier...
