the child sit in and later it can be rotated to be sitted by an adult...

RE:porridge...
u can cook plain or vege porridge and use a sieve to make into a fine paste similar to those cereals...

i did that for my boy on sat...use the finest sieve...to get the texture similar to bb cereals...

haha now they grow v slow la my boi i tink he grow 400g per mth now .. ur boi not small la but the bb in this thread bigger size keke..i envy u so slim n tall

my boy drinks abt 60ml of plain water everyday.
is it too little?

He is taking 1x cereal and puffs during my meal time (he will sit next to me when I'm eating)

rice cereal is quite heaty leh, I scared later cannot poo poo. I also give him the puffs to munch when he is sitting to eat dinner with us.

i tink if ur bb got poo poo den ok if not mus gave more.. my bb now drink ard 100ml sometime his poo poo abit hard lor so i try to gave him more somemore he on FM more heaty.
 
My girl went for her 6 in 1 jab last saturday and she is weighing 6.2 kg and doctor advise to start her on solid as her weight increase is slow.

oops...hahahhaha..but Nat poo twice a day when she is with my mum...so i guess ok...
But she will need to "gek" very hard when poo poo though its kinda thick n not yet solid solid like adult...

Strange but Nat will oni poo once a day during the weekend when Im taking care of her but twice or more during weekday when my mum is taking care of her....wonder y..

dolcevita: I am not breastfding anymore. I pump out at nite, which is like 1-2 oz , less than 50ml. Ever since 1 mth ago, I have been cutting down the pumping. I guess this supply will drop even further next few days.

Reira: do u wan me to transfer the remaining postage cost for the toothpaste? My dbs IB-device here, so i 'shun-bian' ask..haha

I also intend to stop BF liao..jz tried to dropped one pump today from 4-3 pumps..intend to pump like 6.30am, 2.30pm &amp; 10.30pm...

btw, if i intend to stop BF means i cannot empty breasts fully right? i usually pump 30mins now dropped to 20mins...will take how long to see the decrease ah?
 
anyone know when we can start oats cereal huh? i only started my gal on rice cereal and wanna let her try barley one soon. looking at mixed grain, but got oats in there. =P
 
dolce: yes, i guess that is the reason why my mense come back, our body very automatic hor? the moment we stop...mense come..

donkeymami: yes, u cannot empty both breasts. cutting down on number of pump each day will help, same for cutting down the pumping time. I also agar-agar plan 1 mth in advance to end the bfing.

So lazy to wash the pump parts.

if u wan to stop fast hor ujs increase the interval n reduce amt pump. e.g( if currently u pump every 3 hr 100ml each now u wan to stop u pump every 4-5hr n each time pump 70ml follow by 60, 50 , 40 etc..)

Yen, i see..if pump 3 times a day no blocked ducts i will cut down the pumping time from 20mins to 15mins...

that time when bb hospitalised, the doc got told me b4 if breastfeeding, can dun give water coz bm is like water liao.. so that time when gave bm, i nv give water..

Haha... brown rice start liao le.. I heard ppl say better take till they reach 1 year. The brown rice is my mum give one.. actually I don suggest to take now also cos of their digestive system but my mum said outside got sell so should be no problem. Hmmm...

If I take care, I just give him oat 1 meal and barely 2 meals.
Sometimes his morning and lunch too close so I give 2 meals also. Haha..

Any one bb chew on their toes?
Mine does and heard old ppl say if they chew on them, you will get a second one very soon. Hmmm... don think its just Chinese believe.. my Philippine colleague came to my hse and say the same thing. Oh gosh!!!

last few wk we were talkin abt the bitin toes cos a few of the bb doin tt.. i tink jus a myth la if u tryin for #2 of cos will strike eventually if not how to strike??

my boi loves ABC n twinkle little star best he will luff luff... i let him see mirror liao.. old pp belive if see mirror they will recognise pp n dun let others to carry but i dun believe la n my boi so far ok leh..

haha my mil also said that cuz she say if baby see mirror they will recognize pple de.. but my boy has been entertaining himself very well through mirror since he was 2 months old.. and since he is so excited we just let him see lor..

but of course it is true that he recognize pple for sure, when he is sleepy other pple carry he will cry out very very loud lor, so i have to coax him.. but i think that is normal ba for baby, shouldn't have anything to do with mirror right..

my gal was also 6.2kg but at 6.5mths. PD said there's nothing we can do coz it's in our genes. She's still within the charts though, 10%. Not as bad as i thought.
